Meticulously maintained "Mansion" sleeps up to 30 with 11 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms on 10 acres. The "Mansion" is surrounded by plush landscaping and secluded surroundings for your privacy. There is both a main house and a guest house. The main house consists of 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with over 5000 square feet of living space. The guest house has an additional 2000 square ft, which includes 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and is perfect for guests, privacy, or hired help. There are many amenities including 4 smart TVs, a hot tub, a sauna, a game room including workout equipment, a built-in bar, a pool table, and a Foosball table. Outside there is a private pond for fishing, a pavilion with a fireplace, a newly added Pickleball court, a basketball court, a home theater room, a putting green, and a fire pit. We have recently installed a private Tesla charging station free for all guests!

Great property for big family Gatherings!

My family loved this house, we do our family reunion yearly during Christmas and usually pick a house thar ca accommodate our group, this house fulfilled all the requirements. Great communication with host ande super accommodating. Property needs minor maintenance repairs , contacted host with some issues and concerns and his property manager came over within the hour. Will definitely rent this house again

Beautiful House!

I recently stayed at this rental house, and it was a wonderful experience. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Great for a retreat

Our organization had our executive committee retreat here. The house had plenty of room for our 14 adults to have a meeting over two days, cook our meals and enjoy our free time. The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a group our size. Though there may be dings or cosmetic issues as mentioned in other posts, everything was in working order and we had a positive stay.

Property Review

Home is huge and there were enough beds to house 16 adult men with individual beds in both the main house and side apartment. Kitchen was amazing and we were able to have a sales summit in this location. Only two suggestions, apartment air conditioners should have been on 24 hours prior to arrival it was hot when we arrived. Please provide or list that this property does not supply soap and shampoo. I would rent this again for the size.

Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great. Had a few problems with heat, jacuzzi and plowing but was quickly resolved. Would I book this property again ? Absolutely ! I would like to return this summer.

This is a beautiful place to stay! My only complaint is on the attached blue print, it shows an "office" and a "room" which did not exist or we didn't have access too. Other than that, highly recommend! Plenty of space for the whole family, each room was a decent size as well. The guest house is on the property within walking distance and really feels like a mini apartment.

Fun Family Weekend in an Amazing Home!!!

We’ve been renting houses every year for our family weekend for the past 11yrs and this house did not disappoint! It had everything it said it would and was roomy enough for all 30 of us where we weren’t on top of each other. Property contact, Christine was available for all questions and came out immediately when a tv wasn’t working and switched it out. We loved all the amenities it offered, esp when it rained all day Sat. there was plenty for all of us to do in the house to keep us busy, especially the younger kids. We’ll def be renting again!!!!

Very nice property for a friends/family gathering

We had a great time at ATA’s home. It’s exactly as pictured and very clear in the description of what you’re going to have provided. One thing that wasn’t clear but we were pleasantly surprised is the amount of pots and pans available that is needed to cook for a large group. It’s all there for you. The hot tub next to the main house had way too much chlorine in it, which wasn’t great but we had the other hot tub working properly and not over-chlorinated and used that one instead. Overall we had a great time in this house! Only left to hit the mountain. No reason to leave otherwise!

If you could smell through pictures - you would not book this place

The main house on the property was so moldy. The basement had such a strong mold smell that we could not use the basement at all during our stay which was a huge disappointment. With having a group of 28 people, we booked the place thinking we would be able to use the basement to hang, play all the games that were provided down there - but instead were not able to be down there for more than 2 minutes without the mold effecting us. The mold was so strong in the basement, that it lofted up to the main floor of the house - especially in the dining room. A lot of our group left the retreat with sore throats from the mold. You could see black mold on the ceiling tiles in the basement.

Good Stay

Some damage noted. Main house down stairs bathroom door damaged on the inside. Damage to wall in the guest house. Infestation if lady bugs in one of the bedrooms upstairs in the guest house. In suite bathroom in main house was not clean. The stove in the main house was in very scarred and not clean. Sever areas of concern for safety reasons. No handrails or bars on stairs to basement in the main house and steps to the deck are very slippery when wet. We had two people slip on the stairs. There was no internet service in the guest house which we did not realize until Christmas Day. Even with the above issues, we enjoyed our stay overall. I have pictures and videos. Please provide assistance in helping me to send the pictures and videos.

Could have been much better

I have to say overall this was a disappointing experience. My family and I have had multiple vacations in the Poconos and this particular house was not up to par. Initially told we could check-in at 3 PM after confirming with the owner; upon arrival (which was almost 3:30 PM), the house was not prepared for a 3 PM arrival. I am not sure where the miscommunication was, but the property manager was still preparing the house for set-up. There were no working AC in the second house upon our arrival. And perhaps most frustratingly, our last night there we lost power in the basement. While attempts were made by the property manager, it was not restored which took away from the quality of our last night. The pros: The property manager was very responsive, fixing the AC units because it wasn't working or addressing as much as she could. Though there were issues, the house is spacious with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor area is open as well.

Fun family time despite the issues

We booked this property because it could accommodate our large extended family. It was a great property in size and had some wonderful aspects: The finished basement was lots of fun for children and adults alike with the game tables and home theater. The bedrooms were plentiful and comfortable for the most part. The property was clean, but had an excessive amount of houseflies until we discovered a screen-less window in the laundry room that had been left open. Not-so-good things: We had no pickleball equipment for the 1st half of our stay--equipment was dropped off eventually when we confirmed that we had searched everywhere for it. No equipment for putting green during our stay. A refrigerator in the main kitchen was not functioning during our stay along with all of the outlets around the kitchen counter. They were not resolved during our stay. Most of the tv sets in both houses either had non-functioning or incorrect remotes so could not be used. Air conditioning in the small house should be cenral air or in window air conditioning units so that the windows are not taped up with cardboard to accommodate venting of mobile units. With some changes, this could be a wonderful property for families. I would probably not recommend it until these things are fixed.

Family fun overcame our rocky start to the week

I would have liked to give a more detailed account but the character limit prevents it. Overall the property needs some care but we had a wonderful week and would stay there again. Pros -Large House -Sheets included -Hot tub, used daily -Sport court - loved having the pickleball (PB) court, used daily. Basketball net & putting green available. -Fishing pond used several times -Manager very responsive to move in issues (AC, toilet, hot tub - Cain provided portable units, cleaned hot tub, fixed toilet -Handyman Cain was polite, professional, working hard to fix our many issues - was on property until 9:30pm on move in day -Fish food included -House water was wonderfully hot and plentiful - no problem with 20 people getting showers Cons -PB court wider than regulation size -PB court very hard - feet hurt after play -Stones surrounding court are too close - many players had to hop over stones to make a shot -Beer cans in hot tub and by court -Bugs in between cushions in sofa in main house -AC did not work in main house upon arrival - 80 degrees until 9:30pm when portable units added. Fixed next day. -No AC in guest house (until added window units in rooms) -1 toilet leaked upon arrival -Filter on the fridge water needed to be replaced -Drawer in fridge broken -Mold in master bath shower -No trash cans in bedrooms -No aprons in kitchen -No broom available to sweep kitchen -Dumpster to put trash bags in was full and never emptied our entire stay

MISLEADING AD & PICTURES

MAIN HOUSE-Water ran through ceiling onto stove & floor. PM says to turn off the central AC & leave it off in JULY. 3 portable AC units for entire main floor. The PM tapes AC exhaust to windows thru cardboard. I HAD TO ASSIST HVAC. Many fans in attic trying to dry massive moisture. Existing AC problem was not disclosed. PO lied, said it just happened, & would compensate-he didn’t. Toilet in 1/2bath leaks continuously. Windows missing handles, cannot open. Intake grates are greasy & fuzzy. I could smell the basement before reaching the stairs, everything was damp, no exercise room, broken window was covered with filters. Foosball had no balls, shuffleboard had no sand, air hockey had no plug, ping-pong in pieces & no net. GUEST HOUSE-no hot water, no working stove/fridge for day 1. Circuit issues got resolved LATE, TV plug doesn’t reach outlet, remote has no batteries, kitchen has no plates, no central AC, bedrooms have window units. OUTSIDE-No 2nd hot tub. Fan and several lights on porch don’t work. The lawn is mowed-otherwise property is not maintained & overgrown, garden had a diaper in it, never found a firepit. NOT 10 acres-abt 2.5 usable acres. Property has a full-dumpster-rusty-cement-mixer vibe because those things are actually there. Stones around pickleboard court are a hazard. The putting green is a 10x15 outdoor carpet with no hole. Fireplace in pavilion smokes horribly bc, according to a neighbor, it was used to cook/smoke meat, so it's a grease fire. STAY HOME!
