We enjoyed our stay. Liked that it was on the beach and the walk was not too long. The weather was not 100% but we love the beach in all its glory

The condo was very nice and comfortable!! Excellent view.Would definitely rent again!!I recommend new outdoor table chairs. They’re ready for a change. However, we still thoroughly enjoyed the nice size balcony!! My husband commented on the mattress not being very comfortable, but I slept well!! The internet was down first couple days, but it was taken care of after a follow-up call. Very nice Technician. *Bring your own kitchen towels as only one was provided.Overall a really great vacation stay!!

Great place to stay

The condo was exceptionally clean, and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The only possible complaint is the early check out time, which in the scheme of things was not that bad given that we did not have to fight for the luggage carts with others, and missed a lot of the traffic heading home.

Condo

The condo was clean and spacious. The view was wonderful and parking was a breeze. However, the furniture and master bed was worn out.

Les points forts : Arrivée
Les points faibles : Propreté, communication, exactitude de l’annonce
Gut and update!! All the furniture should be returned to the Goodwill where I am confident it was purchased. The oven is not installed properly, therefore a potential hazard. The condo has not been cleaned in a long time-everything covered in thick dust, the floor gritty, mold/mildew in the showers, dried urine on the base of the toilets, and junk shoved under two of the beds. The sliding glass door handle on the outside is covered with grim. When the dirty conditions were reported to Southern Properties, they sent one guy with a couple of towels, who was in the condo no more than 10 minutes. The fee to rent this property for a week should have been less than half what was asked. It is obvious the owners have not been vigilant in maintaining their property and chose a substandard managing company. I do not recommend wasting your money renting this place or any other property managed by Southern Properties.

Good place

Everything was great except the stains on the carpet when we arrived and the beds were rock hard. Also would have been nice to have a king in the master. Other than that we had a good stay and easy process. Great location

Family vacation

We had a great stay. Had everything we needed. Great view. Few complaints include balcony furniture could use an upgrade. Only four chairs and there was six of us. The couch and loveseat when you sit on them seems you fall to the middle. The mattresses are not the most comfortable but I would stay here again. Didn’t keep me from having the best time with my family.

Perfect

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom condo. We really enjoyed this place. Our only issue was that the master bedroom had only a queen sized bed and it was hard and squeaky. This is minor and did not affect our trip, but is worth noting. .

Could be better.

Good: view, closeness of the beach, great condo layout, big pool. Bad: big tall building had only one elevator working, so going up and down took forever. We used stairs to walk downstairs all the time. No carts to move in one day and lots of them next day…people unnecessarily hoarding them after they moved in. Pool didn’t have bathroom next to it so we had to go upstairs to our condo for bathroom break and waste out time waiting for elevator. Outdated power outlets, no USB and located far from beds and in awkward places. No shampoos and conditioners, or washer soap.
