Welcome to paradise! Waking up so close to the beach you can almost taste it, is the definition of true Island Life! In this adorable 3rd floor, 1 BR, 1 BA condo on South Beach, everything you need is at your fingertips. Walk in, turn left, and the first thing you see will be the unobstructed view of the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico! Open the balcony doors and grab a chair or lounger, or head back in to find the cozy furniture, full kitchen, and a beachy feel throughout. The bedroom boasts a king size bed and plenty of dresser drawers and closet space to settle in. Back to the living room, the couch pulls out to a queen size bed. WIFI/TV equipped with TV's in the living room and bedroom will have you covered on the inside. Heading straight to the beach? Towels, beach bags, chairs, and coolers are all available so no need to pack them.
Apollo Condominiums is one of the best places to stay for many reasons starting with its kind and helpful management and secured covered parking. Yoga on the beach is a fun way to start your day. A pool, hot tub, tennis courts, work out room, and onsite laundry are all available for your use. Finally, one of Marco Island's favorite restaurants, Sunset Grille, is attached to the property.
Located on the south end of the island, you will be just minutes away from wonderful shopping, dining, fishing, shelling, or boating experiences.

Great property. Awesome view.

This oceanfront condo is gorgeous and clean. It has everything we need to enjoy our stay, including an amazing sunset view! The owner is great and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was perfect for the two of us with a great location right on the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. We had a fantastic stay on Marco Island!

A wonderful beach getaway!

My husband and I stayed here over spring break with our 8 year old son. The apartment is wonderful. Clean, comfy, and with an ocean view! We spent the whole week at the beach and had a wonderful time. Matt was very helpful and responsive.

Great condo! Perfect location! Amazing sunsets!

My husband and I booked this condo for a last minute trip to a new destination. Marco Island did not disappoint! This location was perfect, loved all the amenities - beach, pool, bar/restaurant on-site, dolphin watching, easy parking and amazing hosts! We would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to go back! Five stars!! Thank you Matt & Christie!

Beautiful views, very comfortable and well appointed condo

Our experience couldn’t have been better. The communication with property owner was quick and check in and out was easy even on a busy weekend. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean and you can watch the sunsets right from your balcony. Condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed from extra towels to little details like board games and candles.. We would definitely return !!!!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our 20th anniversary! It’s beautifully decorated and just the right size for a couple. Matt was amazing to work with! 50th Wedding Anniversary Get-a-Way!

We came to Marco Island for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The condo was Perfect!!! We enjoyed the view immensely and often had coffee and our meals on the lanai. A special, memorable way to celebrate our Golden Anniversary. We also enjoyed many of the restaurants Marco Island has to offer. Also enjoyed "Shore Goods" store. Matt handled every question very timely and the whole trip was wonderful. We will always remember our wonderful trip to Marco! Thanks so much, Matt.

2 weeks in paradise!

The condo we stayed in on the 3rd floor was the perfect place for us. Very clean and decorated so cute! Had everything we needed for 2 weeks of sun and fun! Highly recommend staying here

Wonderful Marco Island Experience at Matt & Christie's Place!

Matt and Christie are exceptional hosts, who enjoy sharing their cozy condo overlooking the beautiful beach at the southern end of Marco Island. Their comfortable and tastefully appointed space is well equipped to provide all that is necessary to enjoy a relaxing getaway in the sun and sand. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants, but you don’t have to go far with the Sunset Grill located at the building's lowest level, ready and able to serve food and drinks beachside during the day to beyond sunset. Even though a popular spot for beachgoers, the Sunset Grill does not overpower the area and does provide a subtly festive atmosphere. The building also has a lovely pool and all amenities are beautifully maintained and attended to by a very friendly and helpful staff. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us, but with a sleeper sofa, can accommodate a small family of 3 or 4. Communication with Matt was the best! We hope to be able to enjoy a return trip to this ideal spot for us in the future. Thank you, Matt and Christie!

Perfect Place

This cozy apartment will blow your mind with the perfect view as soon as you enter. This is exactly was I was looking for; thanks to Matt I was able to make it happen. The pictures you see here are amazing but it is even better in person. It is very clean and has all the amenities you may be looking for to make your stay amazing.
