Newly renovated 5 BR condo with two kitchens, two common areas and an open floor plan might be just the place to spend some time in the White Mountains. Picture windows look out on natural, private woodlands. The condo is located in the well known Clearbook neighborhood with walking trails nearby, Lincoln Woods right down the road and all that Lincoln NH has to offer. It is set in the heart of the White Mountains and is a short drive from The Gorge, The Basin, and abundant hiking trails that work for all hiker levels! Quaint Littleton with its adorable shops, scenic covered bridge and ever popular Schillings Brewery and Pizza set on a stunning boulder strewn river is just 25 minutes away. Clearbrook is located on the well known Kancamangus Highway that offers beautiful views during leaf peeping season. Come ride the new Kanc8 and mountain bike around the peaks of Loon Mountain, or head to Whales Tales waterpark for good family fun in a small relaxed environment. Enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi area in the nearby neighborhood The Villages. Many outdoor eating areas, restaurants and the famous Polly's Pancakes await group gatherings! Perfect family getaway!

We went up to Lincoln for a long weekend. The property was perfect for accommodating our large family and friends! The host was extremely helpful and communicative! We will definitely be booking with you again in the future!

Beautiful Home in a Central Location

Overall this home was perfect for the needs of multi families. It is clean, modern, and has quality linens, toiletries, kitchen tools. There are many activities for families and great places to eat. This home stays on our top five list!

This was a great property and a great location if you are interested in hiking trails in the area as we were! Jennifer, the host was friendly and answered a few questions we had promptly. The town of Lincoln is close by if you forgot anything.

Family vacation in Lincoln

We spent a week in July in Lincoln with our children and granchildren. Jennifers condo worked out really well for a few families to be together. Jennifer was very quick to respond when we contacted her for any reason.

Highly Recommend!

The property was even nice than the pictures. It was so well stocked with everything we could ever need - surplus or bath and beach towels, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap etc. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable for our family of 15 ages 15-52. Great location to everything in Lincoln and a drive over the Kangamagus. Jennifer was very responsive as a host. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect highly recommend and hope to be back. (Had great pizza at Pub32 if looking for good take out there)

Attention to detail

It was clear that Jennifer paid attention to every detail when renovating this beautiful condo. Every aspect was wonderful. From the open concept living space with the plenty of seating for all, to the bedrooms which had comfortable mattresses and pillows. I don’t know about you, but when I travel with a my large crew, I want everyone to be comfortable. Checking in was simple, she left snacks in a basket, had full size shampoo, conditioner, body and face wash in all three bathrooms (although we brought our own, you could tell she was thinking of all her guests). I had so many favorites, but on the top of my list was the two living rooms/kitchens. With the main living on the second floor I was able to give my daughter and her young family their own living space on the first floor, complete with a kitchenette. This made it easy for her to feed her youngest and put her to bed without the commotion of all the rest of us. Our family had such a wonderful time sharing this condo. The quick walk across the street from the condo association had access for hanging by the river, carefully walking across and making rock sculptures, or the short walk to the next neighborhood to enjoy many pools and hot tubs. A little over a half hour drive down the Kangamangus for a swim at lower falls, and a little farther down to float the Saco. Overall this vacation property is the perfect place to stay. I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to share your beautiful home.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful inside and out, well maintain and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was there with my family and we enjoyed the pool. The only problem we had and I wish we knew ahead of the booking process, is that there is NO AC or CENTRAL AIR in the property :( since we picked the hotter weekend, it was very uncomfortable for everyone especially for my parents. Other than that, our stay was awesome. Thank you Jennifer for replying right away to all my concern.

Beautiful condo!

Property was clean and updated with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Jennifer was responsive to all inquires and very accommodating! Plenty of room for our large group of family and friends.

Amazing rental!

This was by far the most comfortable and nice stay we’ve had in 6 years of traveling to the White Mountains in the summer. From the new, stylish renovations to the 100% cotton sheets and super-comfortable beds, we loved this rental so much. No detail was left out and our large group (4 adults and 7 kids) had more than enough space and the kids LOVED the multiple bunk rooms and places to hang out throughout the 3 floors. The location is great, convenient to Clark’s trading post, whales tale, and the cutest town of Woodstock. Can’t wait to return and hope this same house is available next year!

Fantastic rental!

This home was amazing for our family needs. Jennifer was terrific making all communication very easy. She was prompt and responsive to all of my questions. The home is lovely, clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable, as was the sitting area and dining room. The kitchen has ample space and is very clean. Anything you need is there. The views are beautiful, proximity to town is great and we loved the tennis courts next village over (3 min drive). Jennifer was flexible and a pleasure to rent from. This was truly a fantastic property that enhanced our family getaway.

Great Condo

We stayed here for a long weekend in August with grandparents, parents and kids. The Condo has a perfect set up for a large group and was very comfortably appointed. The location is great - close to downtown Lincoln and walking distance to a great swimming area. So fun!
