Beautifully Remodeled WaterColor home

This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A. All guests will have the use of a 6-seater golf cart and 3 bicycles. 8 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them.

This home is DIRECTLY across from Camp WaterColor. Camp WaterColor features two pools with slides, as well as a lazy river with lifeguard on duty, and a playground, soccer fields, volleyball, and basketball court.

Additionally, The Canteen Restaurant & Bar offers easy, breezy favorites in a walk-up counter or self-ordering kiosk setting, complete with snacks, drinks, handheld bites and ice-cream sandwiches from Deep South Freeze.

Camp WaterColor is a shared community amenity for WaterColor residents and guests of WaterColor Inn & Resort; it is not open to the general public.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home was clean and had no air fresheners, which is important to us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we could need to make our vacation simple and fun. There is an airfryer, a margarita maker, multiple blenders, as well as plenty of silverware and dishes. The full size laundry was very nice to have available! The beds were so comfortable we slept better than any rental we've ever stayed in! Location is excellent for using camp watercolor. Getting to Club watercolor and the beach was a few mins drive, no inconvenience. The golf cart was very nice, updated and a great help for getting around. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home. We had a wonderful time and it felt like home!

Summer Kick Off!

This home didn’t miss!! Perfect location- steps to camp Watercolor. Bikes, golf cart, sand toys (we left some behind, too!), stunning home/decor, even the throw pillows were spectacular. 0 complaints or concerns. The management company was wonderful, as well. We had the best time and couldn’t have asked for anything else! Thank y’all!

The home was beautifully appointed with attention to every detail. The double porches with cozy porch swings were my favorite. We all enjoyed daily bike rides through the beautiful neighborhood. The golf cart made it easy to get to beach, shopping and Seaside. The pool directly across the street was nice to have when you want to take a break from the beach. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

Great communication from management, clean, beautifully appointed, fully stocked with everything we needed. Camp Watercolor was literally a stone’s throw away and the golf cart was perfect to get beach outings and sunset dinners. The location of this home and the attention to detail set it apart from every other property! I cannot recommend Sweet Liberty enough!

Great House

The house was wonderful! Perfect for a girls' getaway with my daughters and granddaughter. We loved the location across from the Water Park and loved taking the golf cart to the beach and dinner. We had several questions and managers were quick to respond and help us. A perfect trip!!!!!!

Perfect Family Vaca

Reviewer Comments: The pictures of the property do not do it justice, the home is absolutely STUNNING in person!!We stayed for a family vacation (2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 4 year old and a 1.5 year old) and the home accommodated us all very comfortably! Comfortable beds/bedding. The softest towels ever. TVs in almost every room and sitting area. A well-stocked kitchen. Thoughtful details and conveniences. A cool front came the day after we arrived (temps in the 50’s), yet we were still able to do everything we hoped and intended. The community pool was heated so the kids were still able to thoroughly enjoy the swimming and slides. We took the property’s included golf cart (my husband’s favorite part 😆) to the beach one afternoon, which was so nice and exclusive only to this resort. (It also had its own beach club, pool, cabana,etc.!) We strolled and biked the absolutely beautiful community/neighborhood. We walked with the kids to the playground that had such a unique play set that our girls played for hours. We rode the golf cart to Seaside and shopped. We dined out, we ordered in, and we road the golf cart to the grocery store for everything in between. We just had the best time, and made the best memories. 💖 It was everyone’s favorite family vacation to date. Tears were had the morning we had to leave, but that only means we can’t wait to come back!

Everything from the furniture to the fixtures were well thought out. The house was also well stocked with supplies. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay here. We had children ranging in the ages of five to seventeen as well as three adults and we were all comfortable. The location was great, right across from camp watercolor. It was very convenient to be so close. There were times when we were able to walk across, order food and drinks and walk back home. The beach was a short drive away on the golf cart. Overall we had a wonderful time in this house and loved all the amenities nearby!
