Home is walking distance to Gurney's where you can obtain a day pass to enjoy their beach and other amenities they offer including restaurants and bars. Other beach access is at Kirk beach. Home offers 6 beds and 4.5 baths (2 are ensuite), a 2 car garage, hot tub, SONOS, playground for the kids, gas fireplace, oversized appliances, and BBQ.

Cleaning fee includes hot tub cleanings and garbage p/u. **Please note that when outside temps are under 78 we cannot guarantee that pool will reach desired temp if you choose to pay for pool heat and pool temps can appear lower than they are when outside temps are low. Please note that during your stay the property may have outside service providers. It’s imperative they be allowed to service the property as this is part of routine maintenance and they may not be turned away.
