Aspen Aspirations is the perfect family getaway cabin! With a creek on the property!- The Creek: Great swimming and wading awaits you at the bottom of the hill in Lukfata Creek. Take the stairway down and follow the path to the gravel bar. Great place to set up your chairs (we provide some inside the fence) and enjoy the cool water of Lukfata Creek. The creek is fairly shallow at low water levels at the gravel bar. There are some deeper holes around the corner by the bluffs.
This cabin offers 1 King suite with a full bathroom, an additional full bathroom, and a loft with bunks and entertainment! This cabin is luxury in the beauty of Hochatown. With a year round creek and an amazing view this will be your favorite spot!
Aspen Aspirations has one King suite downstairs with a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower and soaking tub.
The living room is the perfect place to gather and sit in front of the fireplace.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you may need to prepare full meals or snacks to enjoy while sitting on the amazing deck.
Upstairs you will find 2 sets of bunk beds for the kiddos. For entertainment there is a shuffle board and a TV with plenty of space to gather comfortably!
Outside the cabin you will find the relaxing hot tub, outdoor seating with a mini fridge and the great outdoors! There is a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows and a creek nearby where you are likely to see some of our wildlife friends!


Max Occupancy is 10 including adults, children and infants.
Over crowding is not allowed.

Overall nice property and would visit again. There were a few things broken or out of use that I feel should have been disclosed ahead of time. The non-refundable dog fee also felt a bit excessive, I really believe they should atleast be half refundable - I have older dogs who just sleep.

Great property, neighborhood is a bit noisy at night and furniture is pretty worn and could be more comfortable. But overall it was just what we were looking for.

Great place, would come back again. Just be careful of the staircase to the stream, it’s very slippery in the morning. I fell and hurt my tail bone, it could use some grip tape. But overall good spot.

Nice contemporary home with two firepits, a running creek and large deck made for lounging.

We really liked the inside of the rental. It was pretty, and very up to date. Upon arrival I had no idea how to get in as it said we were supposed to receive an email explaining how. Since we didn’t get that email I tried some of the numbers in our reservation. Luckily, one of those numbers was the code. Once in we were happy with how everything looked. They left good detail on how to care for the home, which is always nice. The walkway down to the creek was not very well maintained and at the creek you could see other properties backed directly up to it. The water was not wading deep. It was wet but not much water in it. I do understand that it is hot outside and that could absolutely be why. The property is so close to other properties that you hear everything all day and night long. One thing that really was not shown is that the rental can be seen on the main road. Also, there is a business directly across from the driveway. If you open the windows to the home you are in plain sight of the business and anyone parking in their parking lot can see in the home potentially. (It didn’t have many people there though). Overall, the property is beautiful, many great features in the home, perfect for people going for a fun time, but not really somewhere for a quiet, private get away.

Prestons home

Great location with creek behind home. Layout of bedrooms was great. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. Hot tub was way too hot the thermostat said 90 but felt like 110. Master toliet won't flush correctly. One burner on stove didnt work and of cource it was one the large ones.
