**We did not allow renters Spring/Summer of 2025 as we took some time to enjoy it ourselves. It is now back on the market for the Fall/Winter!

**HOUSE UPDATES** Complete interior remodel completed May 2022. New roof January 2023. New covered concrete stamped concrete patio (with outdoor TV) and walkway to the dock completed 2024. The upper bedrooms have new 8’ wide sliding windows with great lake views from the bedrooms!

~THE HOUSE~ Located on the “quiet side of the lake” this newly remodeled Lake of the Ozarks home has everything you’d ever need for a relaxing vacation. With over 4500sqft, newly furnished with new flooring and carpet throughout, the lake just a few steps away, lots of outdoor parking and a golf course within 5 minutes, come escape life and relax at our lake home. By water, we’re located at the 8 mile marker in the back of a quiet cove. Our home has a wonderful flat lakeside yard, main channel views (without the main channel wake) and a unique over the water gazebo. Perfect for your all day lake access.

When you walk in the front/parking door, you will see a Lake of the Ozarks wall mural, custom rope bannister, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that are fully stocked, fresh linens, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and much more. (Did I mention we only stock Charmin toilet paper?? :) Can't do stairs? Not an issue as we have a downstairs lake level bedroom so you never need to touch the stairs. As with many flat lot lakefront homes, the main living space is on the lower level. On the lower level is the fourth smaller bedroom. This level also has a full bathroom, smaller bedroom, living room, sitting area, kitchen, sunroom, laundry room and an enclosed garage which we are currently converting to game room with TV. The main area downstairs is an open concept with a large quartz kitchen island that seats 7 plus there is seating close by on the attached sunporch. Besides the kitchen refrigerator, the laundry room also has a full size refrigerator for your use. Our home promises a lake vacation you’ll never forget!


~THE OVER-WATER GAZEBO, PATIO and DOCK~ (dock completely re-wired in the Fall of 2021 to meet Ameren requirements) Wake up, throw on your swimsuit and be on the lookout for our water toys because there is a 2800sqft dock complete with swim dock, new WetSteps and a slide. Like to tell fish stories? We have many brush piles around our dock and even a place to clean your fish before frying them up for dinner and fishing basket. We provide (2) 11’x28’ boat slips for your use on our private dock with no lifts. Just down the road is Millstone Marina and which offers a boat ramp for a fee. Renting a boat? No problem as there are many options available nearby. New patio completed in 2024 with a Blackstone, Propane Grill and plenty of seating!
*Toad Cove is just across the main channel and they offer both boat and jet ski rental.


~THE BEDROOMS~
ALL LOCATED ON THE UPSTAIRS/WALK-IN FROM PARKING LEVEL
-Endless Summer - King Bed (Firmer Bed); Uses Hallway Bathroom
-Fisherman’s Paradise - King Bed (Very Soft Bed); Queen Bed (Firmer Bed); Shares a Jack/Jill Bathroom with The Orphanage.
-The Orphanage - 4 Single Twin Beds (2 of which are Memory Form), Twin Bunk Bed and a Twin folding Cot located in the Closet; Huge bedroom with central air but we also have a window air conditioner to make it even more comfortable. Shares a Jack/Jill Bathroom with Fisherman's Paradise.
LOWER LEVEL
-Below Deck - Memory Foam Double Bed (Uses Bathroom Directly Outside of the Bedroom). This bedroom is the smallest of the 4 but at lake level with no stairs required. No TV in this bedroom.


~PARKING~ There is no need to be concerned if the house has enough parking. With 6+ parking spots, along with a place to park your trailer, no worries, we have you covered!


~TRASH~ Temporary bin located outside garage door but wooden pick-up bin is at the top of the hill, outside the pole shed. Trash pickup (from wooden bin) is Monday morning.

*A rental agreement will be emailed to you upon your booking. It must be competed and returned within 24 hours. Failure to meet the requirements of the agreements (stated in the house rules) will result in a cancellation of your reservation.
*You will be able to access to most of the house with the exception of a bedroom, a few closets and an office that will all be locked. Those areas are not shown in pictures.
*$500 damage deposit will be collected. If needed, it will be used for any items missing, broken, pets on property, damage anywhere at the property or other items. If house is like you found it, damage deposit will be returned. If more than $500 damage occurs, you will be contacted for payment.
*Must be at least 30 years old to book. We are a family home.
*No pets of any kind allowed.
*The inside fireplace is for decorative use only.
*This house sits in the back of a quiet cove and is set up for large families. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you be respectful of them.
*We do not allow smoking, bachelor/bachelorette parties, senior class trips or any large parties.
*We use YouTubeTV. No other streaming services are provided but you may login to your account on any of our televisions.
*Please take care of the furnishings. We understand that accidents happen, so we kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out.
*We do have exterior security cameras at our property. No interior cameras. The front exterior cameras (facing the road) may be on but the rear cameras will be off during your stay unless needed to verifying occupancy and/or resolve issues.
