Bright and open living area featuring comfortable sectional and a sofa that converts to a sofa sleeper. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy! Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Open seating area with large windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy space for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.
Master bedroom features a KING size bed, comfortable mattress with clean & crisp linens. Flat screen SMART TV. There is a walk-in closet and dressers for storing guests personal items. Corner chair creates a private area to read or get comfy. Glass door allows easy access to patio from master.

FREE parking for (2) vehicles in driveway. FREE street parking DIRECTLY in front of home. The GARAGE is NOT available for guest use and used for the Owner's storage. This subdivision HOA requires that all guests park in the driveway or directly in front of home. There is absolutely NO Street parking in any other areas of the subdivision.

The house backs up to a large community park and is There is a nail salon, Great Clips Thai Food and a liquor store less than 1 mile from the property and several restaurants including Grant’s Neighborhood Grill, Chicago Connection Pizza and Brew, and Big Daddy’s BBQ less than 5 min from the property.
Approx. 10-15 min drive to Eagle Road which boasts endless retail shopping, including the Village. The Village at Meridian features upscale apparel and specialty retail, fine restaurants, cafes, and the Village Cinemas. Designed with European style architecture, the buildings and tree lined village streets surround a park setting complete with a children's play area and world class show fountain with hourly shows choreographed to lights and music. Located in the heart of Idaho's Treasure Valley, The Village at Meridian is a unique and unexpected destination with movies, concerts, arcades, local entertainment and much more, The Village at Meridian provides a wide selection of activities for individual and families.
Eagle Road has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Village at Meridian, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Walmart.
Downtown Boise (20 min) is worth checking out. The historic downtown covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. Visitors will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers crave walkability the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Nearby parks include Chateau Park, Fuller Park and Tully Park. Lakeview Golf Club & Roaring Springs Water Park are two local attractions as well a Meridian Speedway.
Local Universities are Boise State University (20 min), Northwest Nazarene University (20 min), College of Idaho (21 min).

Other Things to Note:

~ No Garage access
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge of $60.00 on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Yard Service is provided weekly and they will need exterior access during your stay.
