Newly remodeled cabin can sleep up to 4. On both Big Spirit and Little Spirit Lake, this cabin is the perfect vacation spot. Offers 1 bedroom (queen sized bed) with an attached bathroom. The pullout couch allows for extra sleeping. Loft area provides extra storage space for visitors. This property is just walking distance from the beach. One of only eight properties on both Big and Little Spirit Lake.

Nice little cabin

Cabin is exactly as advertised and was perfect for my weekend fishing retreat. Great location, nice views, perfect for an individual, couple, or small family getaway! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit the area.

We had a quiet week in the Okoboji area. We were close enough to enjoy lot of activities, but had our space when we wanted it. It was a pleasant stay!

Wonderful family vacay!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect! Quiet and peaceful right on the lake but quick drive to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Fishing off the deck was so much fun for the kiddos. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked with little essentials was hugely appreciated! Definitely will stay again!!

Pre summer vacation

Second time to stay here. It’s a wonderful location away from the busy summertime tourists. The cabin is perfect for the two of us. Love the views - front and back. Communication was super smooth!

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed the cabin so much. There were great amenities including a keurig coffee maker so you can enjoy great morning coffee on that peaceful back patio! Nicely updated cabin. The only problem was having to leave. We miss it already.

Cozy little hideaway

Such a sweet little house. On a strip between TWO lakes! We saw big bass jumping out back, and a little chipmunk snuck up on the porch to say hi. The home was clean, well-stocked, and convenient. Thanks much for a lovely Okoboji visit!

Another great stay

This was the second time staying at this property. The host is very good about communicating with guests. The sunset over Little Spirit Lake is wonderful from the deck. The weather was great so we were able to take advantage of the deck and the nearby beach. The cabin is close enough so we could run in quickly and pick up items, but far enough to avoid crowds.

Wedding getaway

We had a great time here using it for lodging during our wedding. The deck was beautiful and overlooked little spirit lake. We were even able to catch a couple fish from the deck! Decorations were so cute and made the property feel so modern. It definitely gave tiny-home vibes (in the best way)! The door lock and key were secure. The A/C worked well and we had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I would suggest be added would be a lamp in the bedroom for softer lighting than the fluorescent overheads.

Labor Day Get-away

We had a get-away weekend and truly enjoyed this cute cabin! The property is in a great location, well decorated and clean. All the kitchen and bathroom items you need are stocked. We were between lakes on an isthmus, so had sunrise and sunset viewing. It was a hot weekend, but the lake breezes kept things beautiful, and the air conditioning had no problem with 95+ temps. We would definitely love to come back sometime soon.

Lake house

Over all it was a fun trip. Wish we would have had WIFi or a working TV but we got by. When we got there the lawn was not mowed or trimmed but they took care of it that same day. Nice place to go for quite and relaxing.

Quiet reprieve

My husband and I tried this as a short stay prior to our annual week long vaca with whole family at Okoboji. It was exactly as advertised. Quiet, peaceful, yet easily accessed and about 15 min drive to Arnolds Park. Yes, it is right on the highway, but its not a busy highway and it wasnt loud. We walked to north and checked out the beach- great! No hairdryer or regular coffee maker but we survived. Definitely recommend this place.

Quiet Comfort

Hubby ans I stayed in July for an impromptu getaway. It was cute, clean, and comfortable for rhe two of us. Perfectly situated near enough to the actiom of Okoboji but tucked away on Spirit Lake for quiet, relaxing evenings. Steps to North Beach to catch the sunrise and a great back deck to nature watch and read a book. The cabin was stocked with everything needed from the kitchenette to the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stayed, the worse part was leaving. The host clearly communicated all important information and welcomed us with a sweet treat. Definitely hoping to visit again!

Nice Stay, But Some Room for Improvement

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience, though there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The location was perfect and conveniently close to my family's cabin, making it an ideal spot for us. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. However, during our visit, the air conditioning was not working, which was challenging given the 90+ degree heat. It took a few days for the host to have a technician come and fix it, which made those days uncomfortable. Additionally, we were surprised to find that there was no cream and sugar provided for the coffee, which we assumed would be available. Also, we had to do laundry to have clean towels during our stay, which was unexpected. I suggest they have extra supplies & toiletries to make guests' stays more convenient. The listing mentioned that the couch bed could accommodate 2 guests, but in reality, it was not comfortable even for one adult. It would be great if this detail could be updated for future guests. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay due to the property's charm and location. The host was responsive and eventually addressed the air conditioning problem. With a few improvements, this place could offer an even better experience.

2-Day Getaway

Perfect! Had everything we needed and way more for a quick fishing trip with dad and my son. Great location, clean, stylish and very well stocked. Host was awesome. A couple or a family with kids would love it here for sure.
