LOTS OF ROOM and great shared space layout!
Clean, quite and comfortable! Great for positive living!

This is not a party house at all.

Have a cleaning lady come 1-2 a month.

Guest access:
Guest will enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom suite with an attached Newly renovated private bathroom and will have access to all common spaces including: fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room, dining areas, laundry room & a spacious backyard with outdoor seating and grill!

During your stay:
House is shared with three young professional and clean men. I live here along with my partner in the basement suite. We have one other longer term roommate, who is very nice, friendly, and quiet and usually in his room when he is home (works from home in his room). We are all easy going, very respectful of all!

We love to host and interact and help with any questions or recommendations when we are all around but also don’t mind doing our own things and respectful of each other’s space!
