This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story lake house with a walkout basement is extremely spacious and perfect for large families and groups.
The main floor is comprised of 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room that opens up into an oversized wrap-around porch.

The upstairs has a spacious landing with little nooks for reading or journaling. The master bedroom with a queen bed has an attached full bathroom. The second master features a balcony with a roof and fan. The third room upstairs has beautiful pine shiplap ceilings.

The walkouts basement features a dining area with a large 8.5’ table, a kitchenette with an extra refrigerator, a large living room with a TV…and a secret game room behind the murphy door/ “bookshelf”. The game room has a futon, large TV, a PS4, multiple arcade games, shuffleboard, and a dart board.
The walkout basement leads to another porch that is shaded and has 2 ceiling fans, outdoor lights and 2 sectionals.
There are 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a paddle boat free to use. There are also life jackets and fishing poles.
The house is 5 minutes from the town of Evart. There is a Dairy Whip for ice cream, restaurants, a bar, bowling alley, a tube and kayak rental for the Muskegon river that will drop you off and pick up, a grocery store and a Dollar general.
