charming 2 bedroom home has a perfect location with easy access to Philadelphia by boat, train,
or car in under 15 minutes. The home itself is a mid-century gem with playful decor, a lively
environment, & a private patio! Guests will have easy access to the best of both cities!
Ideal place for short-term and long-term stays. Maximum occupancy: 4 people

Welcome to your perfect home!
Our beautiful, brand new modern home is located in the heart of Lanning Square close to all the activities the region has to offer. The nearby cities have incredible historical & adventurous activities for all ages. The home is designed as an open-concept row home, has an elegant and stylish design with colours blending seamlessly creating a welcoming & cozy feeling! The apartment receives a lot of natural light from the windows; is spacious and will perfectly fit a small family or group of friends up to 4 people. We have everything for your relaxing and memorable stay!!

The configuration of the apartment is the following: two bedrooms with a full shared bathroom, living area, full kitchen and a patio!

Sleeping Arrangements
The primary suite features a queen-size bed with farmhouse-style decor, full-length mirror, Smart TV, dresser. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with unique green-patterned accent wall. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, very bright and cozy. Each bed is fitted with hotel-quality linens & comfortable mattresses for your absolute relaxation.

Bathroom
The apartment offers 1 full washroom with a shower, tub, and full vanity. Complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc are provided for our guests.

Living area
Well-lit living room has a playful modern decor fitted with beautiful art pieces, cozy sitting area with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together after an eventful day. There is a flat-screen TV, board games & books for those who love to entertain! If you need to work from home there is a small table that can become a perfect workstation!

Kitchen
If you prefer cooking during your stay, there is a wonderfully-stocked kitchen with all the modern stainless steel appliances you might need to prepare a hearty meal. Cooking basics, utensils, cookware, and coffee maker are also provided.

A stackable washing & drying machines are also there for your comfortable stay.

Gem of our house is a private outdoor terrace with seating, green decorations and lighting for your group gatherings. Enjoy the moment with a cup of coffee in the morning or prepare a delicious meal with the BBQ in the evening.

Bad Neighborhood

Upon arrival we were concerned about the appearance of the neighborhood and had issues with the locks to the apartment. After speaking with the host we were able to get in but the lock wouldn't work properly but the host suggested to not worry about it. By chance a police car drove by and I waived down the car and spoke with the officers. I asked the officers, one who was black and on who was white, about the safety of the neighborhood and they both adamantly said it was not safe and suggested that we should not stay there. We did not stay there. I spoke with the host about a refund but she would not give us one. I would not recommend this rental.

Great Short Stay

This property was very nice.... the layout is great... the yard is a cool chill spot...it is only the bottom level of the house and the top portion was occupied but there was no disturbance from them. The neighborhood is about 8-10 min drive to Center City Philly... this was great!!! I'd certainly stay here again.

Perfect little spot!

This was a rare gem. Simply amazing place for Camden! To be honest I was a little skeptical on staying because it still is “Camden” but let me tell you, once me and my son walked in, we totally forgot where we were. The place was so soothing, clean, and smelled amazing. Needless to so that I was very impressed. It looks just like the picture. Kitchen was fully stocked with all your cooking needs as well as spices for your food. The Check in process was quick and easy. Beds were comfortable (except the pillows). Summer was an amazing host who was very attentive. She stayed in touch to make sure all your needs were met. I just needed a quick one night get-a-way, but I will most definitely be staying again whenever I feel the need to just relax and reset. I highly recommend!

Cute comfy place and great location if you are going to a concert!

I loved staying here! The neighborhood isn't "nice", per say - however once you are in the property you forget you're in a city. It's so nice and feels private and comfortable. And the location is PERFECT if you are going to a show at the venue that is super close by. I loved it and would stay here again. And the bedrooms are so comfortable also! Loved it! And the owner was great and it was so easy to access etc. Great experience. Thank you!!

Clean and quite place as listed.

The place was well managed, clean and quite as listed. The security system to get in the property was also very great. What has to be aware of is that the neighbour streets doesnt seem quite safe to hang around at night time.
