3 old friends get away

We loved the property. We did follow one persons' advice on going down the alley to park in the back.The only thing that surprised us was the shower size, it was quite small.

Good experience

Overall good experience. Home was clean and kept un good condition. Majority of basic needs were provided. Beds were comfortable and property owners are very nice.

very comfortable and clean place

the two bedroom was very cozy and clean. it had everything we needed for cooking and coffee. only draw back was the shower was a bit small and there was no heat in one bedroom except out last nite.

Nice Place

We had a very comfortable stay. It was a little confusing to get into the place. We didn't realize that we were suppose to enter through the back door. We finally figured it out. Overall, we enjoyed are stay. I recommend staying here.

Great place

The apartment was exactly as expected: Spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. I definitely would book this property again. Two suggestions: 1). The house (the rental apartment entrance is in back) is on a busy main street, and the right turn to get into the driveway for the first time in traffic and at night - is tight with a stone wall on one side. In the dark, it is VERY hard to see. There is an easy way in from the alley at the back and a spacious place to park - but until you have been there the directions don't quite give the story. If the front of the house on the main street had something lighted and/or large to show where the driveway is and assure a stranger looking for the address that they have found the right place - it would be perfect. 2) Include a power strip or two. There are outlets but most already have something plugged into them, and I needed to unplug existing things to plug in my own devices.

Our PA trip

The listing was accurate and was as listed. Obviously going on a trip with a toddler under 2 is a trip in itself! It was alittle different from what we're used to. The upstairs activity throughout the evening and the squeaky hardwood floors were not our best friends when trying to put a toddler to bed. Otherwise, no complaints. Very nice host!

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great weekend in Ephrata and enjoyed our time spent in this lovely 2 bedroom space. It was very close to town and the rail trail. Nearby to restaurants and an art center. Lots of books and cozy furniture made our downtime pleasant and stress free. Very nice hosts and easy check-in/out procedures. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Cozy and Convenient

Neat, clean and well equipped (including a friendly cat in the garden.) Close to the interesting Ephrata Cloister and a variety of restaurants. One evening we walked to an outdoor concert on Main Street. Came for a large family gathering in a nearby town, but very much enjoyed Ephrata and our pleasant Vrbo stay as well.

Biking and Fabric Shopping getaway

My Sister and I had a wonderful time. Eat from all the local farms market and Fabric shopping I enjoyed the rail trail 1/2 block away lovely yard and home in a safe neighborhood.

Clean. Comfy beds. AC works well. Noisy street but we knew that before we booked. Shower small. Brita water pitcher was great for filtering the chlorinated water. Nice quaint decor. Would stay there again when in town. Thank you Melissa!

Perfect cottage feel

This was ideal for what we needed while in town. It was clean, cozy, and beautifully landscaped around the property making it nice to just sit outside on the porch in the evening. Melissa was easy to work with for our arrival time and communication was clear. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and spacious, clean, with all amenities. It's a 5 minute walk (maybe less) from the center of Ephrata, with bakeries and restaurants. Great place to stay.

Ephrata apartment

My cousin and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at this 2-bedroom apartment. Melissa was very welcoming and checking/checkout was very easy. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch reading and enjoying the warm weather after we returned from our travels to Lancaster and Galveston. I will certainly stay here again the next time we visit.

A sweet apartment in charming Ephrata

The apartment was beautifully furnished, and included nice small touches, like the filtered cool water in the refrigerator awaiting guest arrival. The property is centrally located to Ephrata and within easy commute of nearby towns and attractions. A pleasant place!
