Enjoy this fresh space with Turkish rugs, lots of windows, cozy white bedding, and a 'smart' tv. We have what you need to make a good meal or a great cup of coffee/espresso. Enjoy a walk to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and even a movie theater. There is a linear park trail very close by for walks, jogging, or biking. There is a seasonal bike rental shed at the trail parking lot! If you'd like more excitement, Lancaster, Hershey, the outlets, and 'Amish' attractions are only 15-40min. away.
My husband, my in-laws, and myself had a wonderful stay in this little apartment located right near downtown. I cannot say anything negative about it, except for the parking is a little different.
Safe, convenient and âCozyâ. Bedrooms and bathroom are a bit small but they serve the purpose. Kitchen and living room was very nice and quite roomy and comfortable . There was some road noise (Apartment is on a busy street) that was somewhat annoying; mostly folks with loud vehicles peeling-out from a nearby traffic light. The host communicated well and was very nice. There is coffee service there too (K-cups and ground coffee). Lastly, there is only one window Air Conditioning unit with a fan to blow some cool air into the bedrooms. We had to leave the bedroom doors open to capture some cool air (via stand-up fan) from from the living room. That worked pretty good and we werenât hot when we slept, however, the two bedrooms are right across from each other so no privacy between the two bedrooms with doors open (you can lie in each bed and see each other). Not a big deal but something to consider when itâs hot. There are radiators in each room so probably good heat for the winter. Lastly, parking is a little âtightâ but it is the City. Overall a very nice stay and we would seriously consider returning.
Full kitchen and living room. Bathroom rather small for 4 people but adequate. Considering the cost factor, it was pretty spectacular. Once the fans were positioned strategically, they worked well with the air unit. I would stay here again.
Our little place was perfect for my sister & me. It was only 1.5 miles from my nephews house & 1/2 hour from the wedding venue. The host Michelle was the BEST! It was nice to meet the host as other VRBO'S I've stayed in you never meet the host. I would definitely stay here again!
An old friend and I met up for a short weekend reunion, and we loved our stay! It was clean and bright, and we were able to walk to dinner each evening. Excellent location to everything available in the surrounding area.
We loved the property. We did follow one persons' advice on going down the alley to park in the back. The only thing that surprised us was the shower size, it was quite small.
Overall good experience. Home was clean and kept un good condition. Majority of basic needs were provided. Beds were comfortable and property owners are very nice.
the two bedroom was very cozy and clean. it had everything we needed for cooking and coffee. only draw back was the shower was a bit small and there was no heat in one bedroom except out last nite.
We had a very comfortable stay. It was a little confusing to get into the place. We didn't realize that we were suppose to enter through the back door. We finally figured it out. Overall, we enjoyed are stay. I recommend staying here.
Cute, cozy and very convenient to walk either direction to restaurants and shops. Host was great!
Busy road with noise was somewhat of a distraction but overall, very nice.
Hosts
The apartment was exactly as expected: Spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. I definitely would book this property again.
Two suggestions:
1). The house (the rental apartment entrance is in back) is on a busy main street, and the right turn to get into the driveway for the first time in traffic and at night - is tight with a stone wall on one side. In the dark, it is VERY hard to see. There is an easy way in from the alley at the back and a spacious place to park - but until you have been there the directions don't quite give the story.
If the front of the house on the main street had something lighted and/or large to show where the driveway is and assure a stranger looking for the address that they have found the right place - it would be perfect.
2) Include a power strip or two. There are outlets but most already have something plugged into them, and I needed to unplug existing things to plug in my own devices.
The listing was accurate and was as listed. Obviously going on a trip with a toddler under 2 is a trip in itself! It was alittle different from what we're used to. The upstairs activity throughout the evening and the squeaky hardwood floors were not our best friends when trying to put a toddler to bed. Otherwise, no complaints. Very nice host!
We had a great weekend in Ephrata and enjoyed our time spent in this lovely 2 bedroom space. It was very close to town and the rail trail. Nearby to restaurants and an art center. Lots of books and cozy furniture made our downtime pleasant and stress free. Very nice hosts and easy check-in/out procedures. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
Neat, clean and well equipped (including a friendly cat in the garden.) Close to the interesting Ephrata Cloister and a variety of restaurants. One evening we walked to an outdoor concert on Main Street. Came for a large family gathering in a nearby town, but very much enjoyed Ephrata and our pleasant Vrbo stay as well.
My Sister and I had a wonderful time. Eat from all the local farms market and Fabric shopping I enjoyed the rail trail 1/2 block away lovely yard and home in a safe neighborhood.
This space was exactly what our family needed to be away. The space was functional, cute, and the host made it easy for us to check in and out. Would recommend!
