This incredible 1BR/1BATH provides an immaculate getaway with a private balcony, renovated interior, located only a few feet from the sand. Very close to the Big Kahuna Water Park, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Capriccio Cafe, Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant and near the HARBOR WALK.

LIVING AREA Enjoy movie nights in the welcoming living area, which offers a 65” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING Create fabulous meals in the full kitchen, which offers ample counter space and helpful gadgets. When it’s time to eat, gather at the oversized kitchen counter or have a private meal on your teak patio set.

BED & BATH This condo sleeps up to four guests. 1 king sized bed in the bedroom, 1 queen sleeping sofa in the living room. Washer/Dryer inside the unit. The bathroom is fitted with a double sink / 2 LED mirrors and luxury shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Start your mornings with coffee on the private balcony. Outdoor shower is available for your needs.

Absolutely beautiful condo with access to anything you could need.

Beach access is a short walk away, close to lots of good food, grocery stores are close by, and the condo itself is beautifully kept. I spent quite a bit of time enjoying my stay on the balcony when my toes weren't in the sand. Many thanks to Elena!

Overall, everything was great—clean and well-maintained. The only issues were that the shower drained slowly and the handheld shower wand was broken. Also, not being familiar with Florida, I wasn’t aware that most of the beachfront access near the property is private.

Location was great, host was very nice and responsive, the place was clean and very nice. 5 min walk to the beach and a quick drive to bars and restaurants! Can’t wait to come back.

This luxury apartment was everything I wanted it to be and more. It was modern, cozy, accesible, conveniently located near everything, and provided just the right level of comfort to make my birthday trip special. The host was responsive and kind. Anniversary Getaway

The condo was cozy and romantic. It's in a great location to the beach and other points of interest. The condo was clean and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend for a couple's getaway. If we come back to the area we will choose this condo, if available.

February in Destin

Sought a relaxing location in Destin and found it. Tho there weren’t crowds this time of year, it would be perfect anytime with two beaches within a 10 minute walk. Perfect unit for couples.

Cozy Clean Apartment

It is a very clean and cozy apartment. It's a five minute walk to the beach which is wonderful. Elena was very communicative and made the process easy. I recommend this stay!!!

It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and we really enjoyed the stay at the Property.

It was our First visit to Destin, Florida and we really enjoyed the Beach Town. Everything that we wanted to do was located in just Blocks or Miles away. Also the people were very Friendly when we took our Evening Walk. We advise anyone to stay in this area and enjoy the Activity's that they offer. And don't forget to Visit Ft. Walton for enjoyment too.

Beach Getaway

Property was a 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach, area was nice and quiet. Loved the updates in the property. We brought our own beach chairs but they even had beach chairs and umbrella when we arrived.

Place was dope… super clean … nice vibe … close to everything … only issue I had which isn’t a big deal but I’m an electrician so it bothered me was kitchen lights have to be on with living room lights and they are super bright … I’d recommend adding a dimmer switch at least … other than that everything else was amazing!!!!
