Welcome to La-de-da at 1571 Sharkstooth Trail! Bask in the sun with a cold drink while enjoying the view of the canal and fountain from our large back deck. Super cute waterfront two bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home with a short golf cart ride to the beach. Includes a gas grill and patio furniture, screened front porch, parking for 2 cars, a complimentary golf cart for drivers over 21, washer/dryer, smart TVs, and WiFi! Two queen beds and queen sleeper sofa.

*Small dogs (20lbs and under) are welcome with owner approval and fee per dog.
*There is a property damage deposit included with each booking, it is fully refundable if all policies are followed and no damage occurs during stay. Please view amenities and house rules for more detailed information.

No smoking or vaping in house or screened front porch.
Linens are not included, please ask about rental service.

This is typically a Saturday to Saturday rental on all in- season rentals starting Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Ocean Lakes is a family oriented vacation destination with 24 hour security. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and only to families and responsible adults. Any violations to this rule or any Ocean Lakes Family Campground rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Parking passes are purchased directly from Ocean Lakes for $15 per vehicle per day.

Golf cart is complimentary, any damages are the responsibility of registered guests. Must be 21 years of age with valid drivers license and be registered to site 1571 to operate golf cart. Proof of age/ID required when signing rental agreement.

This is a great house for a small family or group. The property was nice and updated. It also came with a golf cart which is a huge bonus. The owner is really nice and very responsive.

The property was just as described and pictured. Lovely and homey feel. Jim went above and beyond to make the entire booking process as easy as possible. Highly recommend express check in! Perfect home for a small family.

Halloweekend!

We brought our 2.5 year old for a Halloweekend and had the best time! The house was very clean, and the owner was great with timely communication. We had zero issues! The big back porch and golf cart were a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Air conditioning is terrible everywhere except living room. Brown water seeping out of the caulk joints of the tub/ shower while you shower & after. Seems like you’re going downhill from living room toward the back of the house

Beautiful

Beautiful house that backs to a pond. Very clean and everything was in working order, golf cart included in the rental was a huge bonus. Owner was very communicative and easy to get in touch with if necessary. Highly recommend.

Perfect

The house was perfect for our family! The house was extremely clean! Plenty spacious for 4 adults and a dog. The deck is even better in person, big, spacious, right on the water, nice furniture and has a grill it was our favorite part! The best part was Jim the homeowner! He’s super nice and easy to communicate with and if you have any issues or questions he answers a text within a couple minutes or is at the house to help We had a flat on the golf cart due to some screws from construction, Jim was contacted through text, responded within less than 2 minutes and was at our house in less than 10 fixing the tire and wishing us a great vacation.! This was our first vacation in many years and it couldn’t have been any better and a huge part of that was due to the home and homeowner! We will DEFINITELY contact Jim again to rent this property!

Amazing stay

Amazing location! Amazing stay! House had everything we needed. Very thankful for the grill, the inside porch, and deck! The golf cart was an extra added bonus!
