Our recently renovated waterfront condo sits on the north end of Boca Grande with quick access to Little Gasparilla Pass. Whether you’re looking to relax in town, on one of Florida’s best beaches or catch one of the most prized game fish in the world, our unit is ready for your family’s Boca Grande Adventure! Boca Grande is one of Florida’s last hidden Gems. This unspoiled, beautiful island is surrounded by white sand beaches to the west with the amazing eco system of charlotte harbor to the east. The quaint little town of Boca Grande offers amazing and historical restaurants, boutique shops, outfitters and more. Explore the 7 mile island by golf cart or bikes from trails and paths throughout the beautiful landscape and town. Bike and Golf Cart rentals are available on island.
The views from our unit are amazing looking over the mangrove island to the estuary of Charlotte Harbor out back and from the front porch you’ll see the Gulf of Mexico. Because Boca Grande North is nestled a narrow stretch of Boca Grande, you’ll be able to catch a sunrise from the back porch and sunsets from the front porch. You’ll see dolphins, manatees and sea birds playing in the water right from your porch. There’s a little sandy (ancle deep) beach area just behind the unit where you’ll see sea birds eat, fiddler crabs play and can also cast a line to catch some of Florida’s most prized game fish Tarpon, Snook and Redfish. Boca Grande boasts 7 miles of pristine beaches that are known for shelling and you’ll also find sharks teeth. We are stocked with beach chairs and beach toys for the kiddos.
BYOB (Bring your own boat, or rent one just 2 miles away. Boca Grande North is one of only a few resorts on Boca Grande that offers boat slips (for rent) right out your back door. We own a slip and can offer it at certain times of the year. Boca Grande is the Tarpon fishing capital of the world and there are many other sport offshore or back country fishing as well. Take your boat to some beautiful uninhabited islands scattered throughout the area like Cayo Costa just south of BG.
Our condo was renovated in 2020 and is decorated with top quality furnishings. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor unit with parking just outside the front door. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a custom made adjustable mattress, the guest suite has a two full beds with very cozy new mattresses. We also have a pull out couch if needed. Large flat screen smart TVs in all rooms, high speed internet, and full cable channels are included. Top quality sheets and towels are awaiting your arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, entertaining and grilling. Brand new appliances include full sized fridge, stove and oven, dish washer, washer and dryer. There are grills outside to cook your catch. There’s a small grocery store on island and a large one just off the Island about 2 miles away. Once you check-in we have a book of information about the island, its secrets and best spots to see, along with tips to fully enjoy your stay. Beach chairs, beach toys, limited fishing gear and shelling gear can be found in our outdoor closet. This is our second home and was set up as such, you will love the quality of our unit and Boca Grande for your next vacation.
