This unit is furnished with one king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa.
A full kitchen with full-sized oven and range, refrigerator and dishwasher

A toaster, 5-Cup drip coffee maker, iron, electric tea kettle, and microwave

We have a small parking lot with free parking, but to ensure everyone has a spot only 1 vehicle is allowed per unit. There is street parking available
There are no parties allowed. Noise policy begins at 9pm and ends at 7am. Any noise complaints will be addressed.
Dog beds provided. We ask that you please do not allow pets in the bed. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and they must be on a leash

Clean and comfortable

Good location for visiting downtown, Biltmore, and arts areas. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Cleanliness is especially important for us and this was very clean. If you like beer, it is conveniently located across the street, within walking distance, to New Belgium Brewing. We would stay here again 100%

Quiet but safe.

Extremely beautiful place with a huge window that has Black out curtains! Come night the place has nice lights to light the place up. Also had a Christmas tree for the holidays which was nice.All basic necessities were there and much more.

Awesome property

Nice, clean, modern condo across street from New Belgium Brewery. Numerous other breweries and excellent restaurants within 2 mile radius. Property was clean both inside and out. Parking in rear of building right outside your door. Inside is well maintained and well equipped. We had issue with our TV. Called agent and she was there within 15 minutes. She could not fix the issues, so she went and bought a new television and installed it while we were out. She then checked back with us later to verify TV was working property. Excellent property and highly recommend River Row Flats when visiting Asheville.

Great location very clean. Easy to get in and settled . No complaints except bed is very soft if you have a bad back . Otherwise great spot and good value.

The space was perfect for my husband & me. We loved the location. Very convenient to downtown & the river walk. Nancy was great at communicating. Just note this unit is animal friendly. This is something I missed when booking. Thank you for your hospitality.

Overall the property was nice; however, the soap dispenser in the shower was not working. Also, there were ants coming out of the container holding the kleenex box on the sink. We had stayed in many different properties in the past and had never been asked to load and start the dishwasher, thought that would be cove by the cleaning fee included in the price.

Beautiful area!

This place had everything I needed and more. It is beautiful with super comfy. I didn’t even have to bring in my pillows. Beautiful trails near by. Host is very pleasant but not at all intrusive and very accommodating. I am excited to stay there again.

Our stay was awesome as usual. We love staying at River Row Flats. It is very convenient to everything. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Nancy is great to work with. Definitely recommend!

We really loved this beautiful studio! Excellent location within a short Uber drive from everything. Beautiful design, comfortable bed and way more amenities than we were expecting! Would definitely recommend it!

New Year in Asheville

A rare find. A real gem. Right next to french broad river trail which was perfect for walking the dog. Also steps away from new belgium brewery which was perfect to take the dog over and lounge in the lawn chairs and have a beer on a sunny day. Only complaint was that the bed slats broke the moment I laid down. We found it had been previously broken and repaired w duct tape. The property manager replaced the bed promptly the next day but the 1st night wasn’t great for sleeping. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking but if you are a coffee lover I would recommend bringing your own set up as the coffee maker was a basic drip machine.

Very convenient and clean

The rental was very clean, had everything we needed, ample parking, and was dog friendly. It even came with a dog bed, food bowl, and bag of treats. This is a super convenient location to downtown and the Biltmore, and it was much cheaper than local hotels.

Great for us

We came from SC to see the Builtmore. My husband isn’t a fan of lots of people and tight spaced parking so we chose not to get a place downtown Asheville. This place was perfect for the two of us! Everything we needed. Walked to New Belgium Brewery to have some dinner, drinks and listen to some local music! It was fantastic! Only issue was getting in and out of the place. Google maps tried to do quickest way instead of easiest way. Lots of one ways and crossing the interstate to then turn around to get on the interstate. Great place, will stay again.

Very nice

Not much of a view but the place was clean and comfortable. I thought from online pictures that the bedroom was a separate room but it is all one room. Chairs weren’t very comfortable but the sofa was. However you could not see tv from the sofa. That was a negative. Could use a full length mirror somewhere. Only mirror was the one over the sink. We were out a lot so it worked for us.

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and minutes from downtown shopping and activities.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
