You will be WOWED by this beautiful executive home located in sought after Green Valley, in a very safe and nice neighborhood. The home showcases a new multicolor, LED, lighted pool, and hottub (fenced, if needed), new patio furniture and a gas firepit for your enjoyment. This large, upscale home features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It sleeps from 1 to 14 people and has an incredibly relaxing back yard. The pool, hottub and gas firepit gives you both a mezmerizing and romantic ambiance with trees and mountains as your backdrop.
When you are ready for fun inside, there is a game room with a ping pong table, video games, board games and cards. You will find a cozy fireplace in the living room, new kitchen appliances and a stove with an indoor grill top, new washer/dryer, new tile, and flooring, not to mention all new, upscale furniture throughout!!!
Speaking of fun, you will be staying just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip; where you will find one of the most visited avenues in the world, full of world famous hotels and dazzling casinos, restaurants, shopping malls, entertainment of all kinds, shows, conventions, competitions and sports; all in one of the most popular and iconic tourist destinations worldwide. Best Place in Vegas!

We stayed at this house for an extended amount of time. We LOVED this house! It came with everything you need to feel comfortable and to have a great stay! Will definitely rent this place whenever we’re in Vegas and need a place. Tami and Wes are beyond great hosts!

Amazing Family Vacation Home...Vegas Style!

This property was perfect for our family. The pool is amazing, not to mentions the hot tub! Everything was newly remodeled or brand new and did I mention the pool was amazing!. Loved laying by the pool and the kids loved playing in the pool. The Strip is only a short drive from us and we went to some amazing shows. Kiddo's not only loved the pool but they had a ping pong table and video game arcade that kept them busy. Location is tucked away in a really nice quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood seemed very safe, but the home also had a security system. This home has perfect amenities for a family vacation with everything you need. We used the kitchen a ton and loved the dining room table for family meals. Also had a family room with a nice T.V. with Hulu and other channels. Wifi worked great and even our bedrooms had a TV in them. Also loved it had a washer and dryer in them and a garage to park our car in. I would highly recommend this home to families with children. Its in a great location, has a pool and hot tub, and is a short drive to the Las Vegas Strip. This home made our Vegas Vacation Amazing!

Great time had by all

This property was perfect---the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable---beds and pillows were top quality, and there are many homey touches in the house. The furniture looked new and decorating was tasteful. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes and silverware. The owners even provided necessities such as shampoo, soaps, coffee, etc. It is obvious the hosts take pride in their rentals. The outside of the home was even better. A gorgeous pool and hot tub coupled with a fire pit and newer patio furniture made our stay memorable since we spent the majority of our time outside. We swam, sat in the hot tub and sun bathed in the private backyard, then spent the evenings relaxing around the fire. I will definitely be back here to stay again.

Wes and I are a very hard working couple who love Las Vegas and want to share it with you! We both have worked for the School District for over 20 years and are now finally retired. We have 3 children, a fantastic son-in-Law and 4 grandchildren with one on the way.

We know that people like us, want a reasonably priced, clean place to stay when they come to the Las Vegas/Henderson area. Our place is extremely clean and has all new furnishings. We were searching for something in an upscale area (Henderson) with a lot big enough to install a pool and hottub. We wanted something with a bedroom on the main floor and 4 bedroom, 3 bath total, which was close to the strip and airport. Yes, we lucked out and found this Gem!!!

This home's location is amazing! It is situated on the border of Henderson and Las Vegas in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from both the Las Vegas, world renowned, Strip and McCarren/Harry Reid Airport.

This beautiful home has been remodeled inside, is spacious, bright, open, and homey. We have bought new furniture for both inside and outide on the patio, near the pool and hot tub (new loungers, patio furniture, beds, table & chairs, living room, desk, family room furniture and bedroom furniture, etc.) You are going to love your new home away from home.
