Private mini suit w/own bath and living room

LONG TERM ONLY. The minimum night stay is AT LEAST 30 days.

It is a mini suite including two bedrooms, one bathroom with two sinks, one living room, private entrance with free street parking. Dining table, microwave, mini oven, refrigerator, hot water kettle and one futon are available in the living room. The laundry is available. Accommodate up to 4 people. Whole house water filter. Near UCR, downtown Riverside and 91, 215, 60 freeway. A trail of ~6 miles around. No kitchen access. No TV is provided.

The space
There is a sliding door as room divider in the corridor to separate the host’s living area and guest’s living area which gives the guest a complete privacy. The total rentable area include two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed and another with a full bed, one private bathroom with two sinks, one private living room with a futon. Bedroom with carpet flooring and walk-in closet. Living room with carpet flooring, microwave, refrigerator, hot water kettle, and a dinner table. A bar sink near to bathroom. Whole house water filter. Private entrance with the free street parking. No kitchen access. No TV is provided. Please keep quiet at all times.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO PARTY, NO DRUG, NO WEAPONS ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY, NO CHILDREN LESS THAN 5 AGE, OR PETS!!! NO BUSINESS, ONLY ACCOMMODATION ALLOWED!

GUESTS NOT LISTED ON THE RESERVATION ARE NOT ALLOWED!!! You must let host know who will be staying here. You cannot change the guests in the period of your booking. The host reserves the right to check guest ID.

OPEN SECOND BEDROOM ONLY FOR BOOKED MORE THAN TWO GUESTS!!! If you want open two bedrooms please book three or more guests.

Since this is a residential house, the wall in the room is not soundproofed, unlike in the hotel environment. You may hear talking from next room, so we ask every guest to do his/her best to lower the voice and keep quiet. The house is close to the mountain which provides shelter to all kinds of wildlife. While I do check the space thoroughly, it is possible a bug may enter. If this happens, please let me know, and I will humanely remove it as soon as possible.

Very basic

Unit was very basic. No TV. Which even the most basic hotels have a rucko TV. Could not control air. Was to hot in space.

Do not stay here.

The owner doesn’t provide a tv and you are not allowed to talk, just whisper at best or you are being too loud. Very shady and a crook. I booked this place bc the listing said 2 rooms. And sleeps from 2-4 people. When I booked the place for two people he still charged me an “additional guest fee” for having a second person? I didn’t even go to the limit of 4 people as said on the listing. We go inside and find that the second bedroom is locked. When we asked if he could open the second bedroom he refused and asked for us to pay him more to open the second room! My friend had to sleep on the futon which was so uncomfortable and the only real bed felt like cardboard. There wasn’t even extra bedding or pillows for the futon!!!! And my friend couldn’t even fit on the futon. There is no real privacy as you are literally sharing the space with the owner, he just literally turned three bedrooms of his house into a rented space but then still locks them when you arrive so you have to pay him more. He also changed the details of the listing when I booked this room two months ago. There is only a frosted glass door divider that separates you from him and you can hear and see through the divider with indiscernible shadows. This place was so terrible! He doesn’t even provide a basic coffee pot. I booked this place for three nights and we left the very next day and only stayed the one night. He will come back and say “it was in the details” or “you got what you paid for” excuse, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY. Due to the inhospitable conditions we left and found a hotel room. Most importantly he falsely advertises his listing and then in the fine print he changes the conditions of the actual number of rooms available.

We needed a place to stay that was close to our family at a difficult time, great location and fairly priced.
