Welcome to this magnificent villa, located approximately 20 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom at the highly rated Solterra Resort, this 6 bed and 5.5 bathroom newly built home will be where you will create everlasting family memories. Exquisitely furnished throughout, with a total of 8 flatscreen TVs and a games room, you have the perfect combination for relaxation and family fun.
The lower level features an open lounge and dining area that will bring the family together to create those magical memories. In addition to a stunning marble top dining table which seats 8, we also provide a small table and chairs for younger guests. Nearby is a huge and comfortable L-shaped sofa perfectly positioned beside a large coffee table for family games or the 65 inch flat screen TV. The designer kitchen provides granite counter tops and brushed stainless appliances and is well equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and even an electric air fryer.
The living room opens onto the extra-sized pool-deck, shimmering pool, jetted spa and small waterfall offering you stunning views of the conservation area with its lake and local bird life. We provide an outdoor grill for the use of our guests and for the safety of our younger guests we added a safety screen with a lockable entry gate between the lanai and the swimming pool and spa. We also have pool and spa heating available for a small additional fee.
The lower level also boasts 2 large en-suite bedrooms, one with a comfortable king and the other with a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, 50 inch flatscreen TVs and tasteful décor. One of these bedrooms has a bathtub and even a door that connects directly to the pool area for those who love the water.
The memory making continues on the lower level with the spectacular games room. Decorated with a huge Marvel mural and a red, white and blue floor, the air-conditioned games room features a ping pong and Air Hockey table.
The lower level also boasts a Laundry Room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs you enter the Marvel and movie themed lounge with a comfortable 2 piece sofa, a 65 inch flat screen TV, a fussball table and Marvel art. This family area connects directly to 4 additional bedrooms. For the Princesses and Princes or the Jedis and Mandalorians, the home has 2 incredible themed bedrooms. Firstly, for the Disney lovers, there is the ‘Mickey and Friends’ bedroom with 2 themed twin beds, a huge wall mural, Mickey ears window decoration and Mickey ears light fitting. The second themed bedroom is a Star Wars fan’s dream. It has 2 Kylo Ren themed twin beds, a huge Death Star mural, a Death Star adjustable light and awesome Star Wars art! To continue the magic, your children will find some Disney Princess, Marvel Superhero and Star Wars costumes to dress up in during your stay!
The other 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms on the upper level both feature en-suites, large closets, 50 inch flatscreen TVs. One hosts a king bed while the other a queen.
This house is also perfect for the youngest of guests with a pack ‘n play and high chair available.
Other features include complimentary wifi and access to Hulu + Live TV, Disney+ and ESPN+ from all 8 flatscreen TVs. 
On top of everything that this outstanding home has to offer, there are also the free amenities of the highly desirable Solterra Resort. The villa is privately owned by Matt and Sandra and managed in Orlando by Mac from Dreaming Orlando, one of the best management companies in the area. Mac always provides outstanding service and will be able to provide help and advice on anything you may require.
