Casa Magnifique is a hidden treasure in Santa Teresa. Less than a five minute drive from the main road, this 3 bedroom villa offers amazing oceanviews. Thanks to the open floor plan, the main floor feels spacious and expansive. The entire floor, with the fully equiped kitchen, dining area, pool table, and comfortable couches, opens up to a balcony overlooking the ocean and an infinity pool and sunning area. Open the sliding doors completely, and the entire floor becomes part of the balcony. The 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are downstairs. The bedrooms open up to a balcony with an oceanview.
Outdoor Area: Pool and Balconies
The infinity pool offers stunning oceanviews. Cool off in the pool, catch some rays on the deck, and enjoy a great view of the ocean and town. The balcony offers an opportunity to catch a breeze. Open up the sliding doors and the entire floor enjoys the outdoor, tropical feel. Each of the master bedroom opens up to an oceanview gallery as well.

Enter Casa Magnifique on the main floor. The fully equipped kitchen and island are perfect for cooking any meal of the day. Enjoy a meal on the island or at the dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished with top of the line appliances, including coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven. The kitchen island will comfortably sit 6, and the dining table on the patio will fit 8. The spacious living area is perfect for gatherings and relaxing. Enjoy a friendly game of pool with the top of the line pool table.

Casa Magnifique has 3 master suites, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is room for an additional mattress in each room. Each room opens up to balcony overlooking the ocean and town. Each room has a king-sized bed, closet and chair.
