It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that pays tribute to doña Mercedes, the renowned local pianist that played in the symphonic orchestra and lived in this house in the 20th century. This unique retreat in the center of Mérida, Yucatan, boasts a piano in the logo to honor its famous owner.

The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large patio doors, making the home very bright during the day, accenting the tiled floors, and enhancing the luxurious ambiance under the majestic vaulted ceilings.

The entire house is professionally furnished with modern touches added to the original décor to preserve its historic charm. The famous Mérida painter Jose Luis Loria visited this gallery-like getaway and liked it so much that he decided to donate two paintings inspired by his trip through the jungle in Chiapas.
