Perfect!

This place had everything from beach chairs, towels, umbrella to fully stocked bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, soap). Lots of space and overall great place to stay!!!!

This property had everything that we needed. The place was spotless and the beds were comfy. The decor was lovely and had a nice outdoor space to relax at night. The owner was very responsive. If we head back to Sarasota we would definately stay here again.

Great condo

This was our first VRBO and Doris was amazing in walking us through the process. The condo was clean and had a cute fenced patio which was great for our little dog. The condo is within minutes of everything. They even supply beach chairs/umbrella. Would recommend.

Close to everything

Short drive to beach and restaurants. Host had great communication and quick to reply. Complex needs outside maintenance/repairs (dated). Once inside the place is very nice and comfortable with everything you need!

The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean, bathrooms had extra towels. I felt at home, especially with having kids. Thank you for the prompt responses!

Nice for short stay

This is a nice apartment and was what we needed for a short stay. The listing is accurate. I was hoping it was a little closer to the beach, but that's my fault for not checking it closer. There was a very strong home deodorizer, but I'm guessing it may hae been because the apartment had been closed up.

Siesta Beach

Was very disappointed that the washer did not work, it was full of dirty water so we could not use it. Shower in the main bedroom was not draining and almost over flowed and flying bugs in the second bedroom and a few lizards in the closet by the front door. All in all, the only thing we found to be nice was the swimming pool. If photos are needed, please advise.

Dear Damon, I'm so sorry you feel this way. I was there today, I had to press a button on the washing machine and it worked. I pumped once in the bathroom and the water ran out. If you leave the patio door open, the lizards will come in, that's why there is a mosquito net on the door. Unfortunately, nobody can do anything about flying bugs in Florida in May, now is the love season, they are everywhere, that's why there are mosquito nets on every window. At 9:00 the evening before your check-out, you wrote that the washing machine was not working, and we immediately called you to come and solve the problem. You didn't ask for this, to check out the next morning. We work every day to provide our guests with a wonderful holiday, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied.

Lovely Winter Break

The condo is nicely appointed and the back patio is wonderful. The plants made it very nice with nice outdoor seating. I loved having so many hangers in the closet. Most places only give you a few and with a long stay it's nice to have extra. There were nice towels including beach towels and chairs along with a cooler and other beach things. The property manager is wonderful. She communicated with me and was extremely responsive. We had a problem getting on the wifi and she came right over to help. Her son came with her and helped my friend set up the TV. I mentioned a couple of days later that there was no can opener and with in an hour there was one hanging on the door. I'm renting next year from Doris at another unit because this one was already booked for the time I wanted it in 2026.

Great Girls Get Away

This is a very well-stocked condo. It is not like the current listings with cheap furniture thrown together. The mattresses were great. The sofa was excellent. The cabinetry and bathrooms were above build grade. We came to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. We found everything we needed to enjoy the beach and celebrate her birthday. There was a stash of beach supplies including beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and toys. There are plenty of pots and dishes to cook. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. We had a small hiccup checking in but Doris was very prompt in communication and fixed it quickly. Great location near a publix, and a few minutes to the beach.

Good location, poor condo facility

We stayed for almost 3 weeks at the noted location. About 10 minute drive to Siesta Key public beach which has very large parking lot, 4 life guard towers and very nice white sand. Plenty of restaurants and general shopping close by including Detwilers market which is a great place. Inside the condo was the same as the pictures and clean. A few things could use minor repairs like the kitchen faucet and no microwave light for the stove top. Pool was very clean and warm. The big problem is the exterior of the whole complex. This is a 50 year old apartment complex turned into condos. There is no onsite management. One unit in the complex has a boarded up window and it was not from the hurricane 4 months ago. The exterior of all units have not been updated in a very long time if ever. This condo had a washer and dryer in the unit, but most people used the coin operated machines located throughout the complex in a small area on the end of a building. We were in a first floor unit and when someone was in the above unit, it sounded like elephants walking around (our bad for renting a first floor). We way overpaid (our mistake) even for it being peak season. We will not be back and most other snow birds we talked to will not be either.

Clean place in great area

Let me begin to say we were there very shortly. She was so nice to let us check in a bit earlier, we were going for a last minute wedding and the wedding started before check in time. She let us drop off our overnight bags and hurry over to the wedding. At night we rested well since it’s a nice quiet area. Once we left early in the morning, we saw it was surrounded by a good amount of stores & restaurants. Over all, it was exactly what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay. The process for check-in was so easy. Doris was very accommodating. The property has a pool and was very enjoyable. The apartment itself was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the back patio. Definitely a nice experience and we are very happy with our stay.
