Enjoy the front or back deck, or relax in the large backyard with stunning views of the Black Hills. With a gas BBQ grill, large patio table, and square hot tub, it’s the perfect place to relax, entertain, spot wildlife, or savor your morning coffee.



Main Level Highlights

Living Space: The open-concept main level features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and large picture windows that frame breathtaking mountain views. The dining area seats 8, with 4 additional stools at the breakfast bar.

Outdoor Living Space: Step onto the back deck directly from the dining area. This space includes a gas BBQ grill and a small seating area—ideal for soaking up the scenery in every season.

Laundry Room: Conveniently located off the kitchen and equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

■ Full-size bunk beds with closet

■ Queen bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom

■ ½ bathroom located just off the kitchen with toilet, sink, and washer/dryer

The Neighborhood:

This is a great location if you are looking for a quieter - off the beaten path location! It is just east of Deadwood about 3 miles and approx. 12 miles to Sturgis. The property has a shop and a garage with a large yard. You will see lots of wildlife and have quiet mornings and evenings to yourself.



Getting Around:

There is a lyft and also taxis in Deadwood. The home has 2 miles of unpaved road that is graded and well-maintained. It`s easy to get to.



Other Things to Note:

4-wheel drive required during winter months.

Pets not allowed.
