- NOTE: The house has a pool alarm system. When it is enabled, the alarm goes off when any sliding door is opened, providing an extra layer of security for guests with small children. To avoid the alarm, you press a button next to the main door and it gives you 15 seconds to exit and close the door. There is also a button on the outside, which can be pressed to enter or silence the alarm. Please reach out prior to arrival if you wish to have this alarm turned off during your stay.

- NOTE: The solar-heated pool raises the temperature by 8-12 degrees Fahrenheit. However, during extremely cold periods, the pool may still remain cool, typically in the lower 70s from December to February.

- NOTE: Your safety is of utmost importance. This residence is equipped with a Ring doorbell system, including an external security camera positioned towards the front outdoor entrance. It's important to note that this camera does not capture footage of any interior areas. The camera is actively engaged in recording video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed. Additionally, there are cameras situated on the front corner and both sides of the house. Notably, there are no cameras located within living spaces or directed towards the rear of the house, including the lanai.
