DETAILS: Memories on Water Carriage House is an adorable mini version of Memories on Water Main House. Guests will love the lush landscaping at the entrance, the dramatic exposed ceiling beams in the living area, and the tasteful interior coastal accents. Guests have everything they need in the full kitchen and will enjoy welcoming the day from a private balcony. A guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Guests can explore all that Rosemary Beach offers on 2 included adult bikes. With a location, this close to the beach, Memories on Water will book quickly.

Great location close to downtown Rosemary Beach, and the perfect amount of space for 2 people for a getaway. Cute place, nice bathroom, and modern appliances. Great communication from the host before, during and after the stay. We encountered some cleanliness issues upon arrival with the throw pillows and blankets in the closet, but the host fixed the issue promptly. The bed also sunk a little bit in the middle and could use replacing. Overall a good place to stay for a getaway.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect size place and location for my wife and I to stay. Very walkable to all of the restaurants in Rosemary and a 5min bike ride to everything in Alys.

Amazing Getaway

This place was perfect for our honeymoon. It was steps from the beach, very well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, trash bags, etc. Check in and check out was effortless. The bed was so comfortable. The space was also SO close to all of the shops and restaurants in Rosemary. Would love to stay here again.

Pros-Great location -Garage parking-Perfect amount of room for a couple -Came with two bikesCons -Makeup stains on throw pillows and upholstery (yuck)-No way to turn the shower temperature below 96F (why?)-Only gave us one roll of toilet paper for the entire 1-week stay (Had to buy some during my stay. Maybe this is more common than I think but I did not expect it). -Kitchen not well stocked with equipment (ended up cooking burgers in a 8-inch sauce pan, ha!)

Charming Stay

This was a wonderful property! It was insanely close to the beach and the downtown square area with great restaurants. It was also quiet and we enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. The few things I would note are: there was only one trash bag for the week, only one RIFD card was working, and I am sort of a neat freak so I think there could’ve been a little extra attention paid to the cleanliness (hangers left on floors of closet, layer of dust on bathroom vanity, rug in living room looked like it could’ve used vacuuming) but overall it was perfect for a couple wanting to get away.

Nice property that needs a competent property manager

The property was nice and clean and in the heart of rosemary beach, 1/2 way between town center and the beach. the problem was that the property manager did not have the property ready (no hangers in closet, no RFID cards and non functional TVs. Without RFID cards you cannot get access to the beach and cannot get access to the community pools. Property management was not readily responsive to needs and then delivered a RFID card that only worked for 24 hours. The owner should get a new management company.

No follow up felm property manager

Called 360’upon arrival regarding parking and no one followed up. Guests in main house were extremely rude to us about parking. Contract said we would have onsite parking and label on garage door said north parking spot was for carriage house. Poor communication and no follow up. Was told they would call property manager and call me back. Never happened.

Great for a Short Getaway

My husband and I came down for a relaxing Babymoon before the arrival our new baby. The property and location were wonderful. Very short walk to the beach, dining and shopping. We can’t wait to return! The management team was easy to contact and very responsive. We did have a minor issue with construction going on next door and our water to the property being shut off for a short while but it was resolved quickly.
