This is a charming three story, four bedroom, four full bath beach house 2500 sq. ft house offering two porches, garage and a golf cart to ride to the beach.

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker,12 cup coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Just off the living and dining room is a large, screened porch with plenty of outdoor seating.

In addition to the main living areas downstairs is the primary suite with a comfortable seating area and bath with large garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and water closet.

Upstairs you’ll discover two guest bedrooms, two full baths and quaint living area with a trundle bed. A few more steps lead to the furnished crow's nest with an additional two trundle beds. Other features include ceiling fans in every bedroom, central heating and air conditioning.
