Perfect quiet neighborhood located in Gilbert, near San Tan marketplace. Pickleball and basketball court!!! 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master suite has his and her vanities with walk-in shower and closet. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and the third bedroom with full-size bunk beds. Awesome pool to rest and relax at after playing all day!

Great Stay!!

The home is clean and well cared for! I loved the extra's like the speaker, corn hole area and boards! We played and had a relaxing time! Quiet area with horses and cows as neighbors. Very fun to watch! Close to everything! Pool was great! Clean and a good temp!!

Friends and pickleball

This place was immaculate and the location was perfect for us. The house looks just like the pictures. Great to walk out the back door and play pickleball! Would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!

Fantastic stay

Absolutely the best home stay I've had. Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and freeway, but feels like you're in a quiet country home. Loved the house, which had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool was wonderful, the games inside and outside made our downtime all the better. Finally the hosts proactively made sure everything was well with us. A true five star experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Family vacation home!

The home was spacious, clean and has the best master shower out of all rentals we have stayed at. The property is maintained and kept well. We had fun swimming in the pool and lounging with family. We had everything we needed and more! Plenty of parking for our large vehicle. The home is in a great location near shopping and dining. This home was home away from home. We will definitely stay in this home on our next trip to Gilbert!

Fabulous place! The property has a rural, private feel but is close to shopping. There is more deep water than shallow in the pool but enough room for smaller kids to keep their heads out of water around the step area. The pickleball court was super (the fiercely competitive may prefer more room for ATPs). There is a corn hole game & also a nice speaker system outdoors. The grill worked well. There was a well stocked kitchen, even for baking, with more than enough utensils. Although I brought my own from home, there were some spices, sugar, soda, salt, & pepper available in the cupboards. There is a drip coffee maker. Knives are a bit on the dull side so you may want to pack a sharp knife or two. There were even plastic storage containers & ziplock bags for leftovers. The island is huge with plenty of room for both serving & counter seating. The host provided plenty of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, bath and beach towels, blankets, & even hangers. We brought a lot of these things because hosts are not always so generous. Much appreciated! There is a lot of seating, indoors & out. We celebrated our grandson’s first birthday. Family in the area stopped by so there were 12 total with the birthday boy, & all had a place to sit comfortably. All beds used were comfortable. The "bunk" room was dark enough for baby's naps in the host provided pack-n-play. All in all, one of the top VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at! Great host!

Our family had an amazing trip! The kids loved the pool and the adults had an amazing time playing endless pickle ball! Great location! Great property. Endless fun!

Wonderful House

We were here for our daughters dance competition at Higley Center for the Arts. The house was perfect! It is close to everything, clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot in SE PHX

We were in town for 8 days for multiple youth baseball games. House was in a perfect location .... easy to jump on the freeway and super close to groceries, food and things to do. The house itself worked out great for what we needed and had plenty of space. Loved it!

Great home and location

Beautiful and clean home! Time of year/weather was such that we did not utilize the pool, but the back porch/pool appeared well taken care of and inviting. You are a quick drive from the downtown Gilbert area with tons of restaurants and bars. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with if needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Clean and convenient

My family really enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Located on a larger property you have lots of room to roam and feel outside of the city, but actually located very conveniently to the 202, Costco and many restaurants.
