The custom designed living area, dining room and kitchen all overlook the ocean and the kitchen is fully equipped for all yours or our chef's cooking needs. With 3 bedrooms upstairs consisting of 1 King bed with balcony and ocean view, 1 Queen bed with balcony and ocean view, 2 Twin beds-with pullout twin trundle, and a large den with a queen sleep sofa for additional guests downstairs; you'll have plenty of space to relax after a day on the beach. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite full bathroom and a there is a 4th full bathroom in the den on the first floor. Each bedroom has a 55" flat screen television with cable and some have apple tv. Secure high speed internet and phone service are included.

Beach House Villas has daily (weekday) groundskeepers on site.

*Internet/cable are sometimes intermittent as we are on an island.  If it goes down...Most of the time it comes back on within an hour or so. Apple tv/Netflix and other app access use requires your account and password.

By reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1) On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification for all guests over 18 years of age, a signed short term agreement with pool waiver, and a credit card for security deposit hold authorization with e-signature. Your reservation will be only be confirmed once we have a fully executed agreement with above information.

2) Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**

3) Outdoor security cameras are present on the exterior of the home.  Security cameras may not be covered or tampered with.

4) 6 Adults Max - No pets - No unregistered guests                                                                                                                                                                                                               
5) Events hosted, or Commercial Filming without owner knowledge and written authorization will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, Girls/Guys Weekend, etc. ALL EVENTS/FILMING/SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS REQUIRE APPROVAL (if you're not sure, please ask) ANY ADDITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS/FEE'S WILL BE DISCUSSED BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL REQUEST.
