When the issue arose, we immediately worked to make things right by relocating you to one of our premium cabins including a brand new hot tub that the original did not , valued at approximately twice the rate of your original accommodation, at absolutely no additional cost. We take guest satisfaction seriously and believe our actions demonstrate how far we’re willing to go to ensure our guests have a positive experience, even when unexpected issues arise. Scott, When we spoke I explained there was a company emergency that rendered me unable to speak on the phone. The next best means of communication would be texting or messaging me on VRBO. The only other discrepancy was when your partner went to the cabin on the right instead of the left as directed, and we were accused us of not having the cabin cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, they were means out of our control . The standard experience provided to guests does not require a wait time of more than an hour.
