The cabin has been renovated with family gatherings in mind from the oversized lush seating to the new stainless steel appliances in our open kitchen. The upstairs three large bedrooms with comfy beds and luxury bed linens. There is a massive mud room/laundry room that is the perfect place to store all your outdoor toys.

The ground level of the house which is accessed from the living room has a bunk-room great for the kids that can sleep up to 6 in two full-size beds and a trundle bed. They will feel like they are at summer camp! There is also a large comfy King bedroom. Plus two more bathrooms, TV lounge and another living room along with another kitchen. This space is perfect for two families want to vacation together but have a separation of space or just a large group wanting plenty of space to spread out in the 5000 sq ft log cabin.

We want the home to be your all year sanctuary, not just your “lakehouse”, pull up your boat and jet skis holiday. We have 100 ft of lake front with a 150ft of dock. The property has ample room for snowmobiler’s trucks and trailers. It’s also the perfect, golf, fishing, or couples wine trial weekend. With most of our neighbors being summer season occupants, the cabin is the perfect secluded retreat off season.

Our location on the lake is amazing because we are 3 mins to the the Village of Mayville for the supermarket, restaurants, concerts on the lake, and all the fun festivals for all the seasons. We are also 3 minutes in the other direction to CHQ Institution. Westfield is 12 mins past Mayville and Lakewood, NY is 20 mins past the Institution. We are 10 mins off of I-86 and 15 mins from I-90.
