Located in the distinguished Sea Mark Tower community, this lovely 3BR/2BA condo presents a private balcony with alfresco dining and views of the inlet and grounds. Leisurely days are spent by the outdoor pool and hot tub. Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout.
The sparkling coast is just a short stroll from your door. A wide array of restaurants, dining, and attractions are only minutes away.
LIVING AREA
Gather for movie nights in the welcoming living area, which features a queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, where you will find a full suite of appliances and ample counter space.
When it's time to dine, the table seats four and the kitchen bar accommodates two.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Find comfort in the primary bedroom, appointed with a king-size bed, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a jetted tub/shower combination.
Two guest rooms are both furnished with two twin-size beds, one includes a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take in views of the inlet from the privacy of your balcony, which provides alfresco dining. Keep an eye out for egrets and herons in the marsh.
Spend fun-filled days lounging by the hot tub (open year round) and the unheated pool (closed from October 1st - April 1st). There is also a community gas grill available for use.

Sea Mark Tower 205 - Myrtle Beach
If you are looking for a place, close to the beach (2 blocks), with a nice comfortable feeling, second floor patio to have your morning coffee and evening glass of wine, this is the place for you! Quick response from owners should any issues arise. I loved it and will definitely book again!!

Absolute horrible
We came and left immediately because this place is a rat hole, absolute false advertisement. Why do you charge a "cleaning fee" when it was a disgusting pig pen? Absolutely disappointed!

Nice place its roomy. Needs a good mopping though.
Really roomy and close to beach. Something s were a little broken like one chair and table leg. Some tears in wall paper here and there. But overall nice. Check those drawers in furniture day one found a soaking wet sour towel. And first night no ac so had to wait on 2 different air repair guys. Like I said its worth it could happen at home too.

This unit should be closed and not for rent. Save your money and time.
This place was absolutely disgusting. If there was any reason for false advertisement this would be it. I don't have time to upload photos but I will say that this place is completely outdated there was paint chips falling from the ceiling. The main lights did not work in the kitchen in the hallway, and there were bugs throughout the whole unit. For a family of seven they only left two rolls of tissue for the whole duration of the trip. Before we could even sit down we have to do a deep cleaning of this unit. maintenance was called twice to handle the electrical issues as well as the air filter issue, the air filters were completely filthy. And there was black mold coming from one of the air vents. Only one TV worked in the whole unit and the washer and dryer leak water, and the garbage disposal did not work. I agree with one of the other reviewers when they said that one of the rooms was the size of a walking closet and they managed to shove to twin size beds in this room. It was obvious that it was not cleaned prior to our arrival because there were still tags and toothbrush left over from someone else's visit. The front door look like it had been kicked in prior to us coming to the unit. There were stains both on the pull-out sofa and two of the beds, so we immediately had to wash the sheet covers. I could go on but it doesn't do justice. Please do not rent this place, you would be wasting your money and your time. I was totally dissatisfied with this unit and the whole c

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Myrtle Beach through this company!
His property was listed with pictures that made it seem like it was immaculate, when we walked in the door stuck and you had to use your shoulder to open it. The one rooms headboards fell off and almost hit one of our young children the bathroom toilet overflowed every time we used it the washer didn’t work the refrigerator didn’t call only the freezer worked the water never got hot in the bathrooms the air-conditioning died on the second day and a rigged up air conditioning hose fell through the ceiling. They had to relocate us to another area of Myrtle Beach which Was nowhere near the rest of our family and group and it was not near the beach I had to take 58 pictures of his property to prove how bad it was.

From my experience, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Myrtle Beach since we take a vacation every year in Myrtle Beach, the property wasn't bad, good location, we arrived at 4:05pm and had to wait like another 20 minutes to go in since apt was still in the process of being clean, some outlets & lights did not work. and two rooms had Ruku TV(with apps) but the living room only had cable and 50% of the time I couldn't get it to work. but overall, it served it's purpose, Thank you.. I will still use this app for my next vacation, I just wouldn't at this location. I could provide some pictures if needed. Thank you again
