Our newly renovated 2 BR/1.5 BA is a second floor 1200 sq ft. apartment that is located in the heart of Downtown Dyersville with it's own private entrance and street parking. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants & bars, brewery, shopping, parks & baseball fields, St. Francis Basilica and only 4.4 miles from the Field of Dreams. This space features a full sized kitchen that is stocked with all your needs to cook meals & laundry room for all guests.
Our contact free check in is done with a smartlock. You can opt to use the code sent or via the August app. This is located on the small set of stairs outside. Once inside, you will enter an entry that will guide you to the indoor stairwell to get to the apartment.
Check in is at 3:00pm CST.
Check out is at 10:00am CST.

Beautiful spacious place to stay in the heart of downtown Dyersville

I traveled to Iowa with my son and daughter in law to visit my Mom for Easter weekend. The property is perfect. Close to coffee in the morning and beer at night. Close to Field of Dreams movie site. Will definitely stay again

Quick stay for a family wedding

We rented this apartment for my cousin's wedding. Myself, my fiancé, and my dad all stayed. It was absolutely beautiful inside. So open and welcoming. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Communication was top tier. 10/10 would recommend!

Weekend get away

Property was clean, warm and welcoming. Owners communicated with great detail on house rules, process of opening doors and security. Excellent location within walking distance of my favorite brew spot. Thanks for wonderful stay!

Modern and Spacious

This had everything we wanted. Walking to local restaurants, close to attractions, and space. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be able to wash uniforms, relax during rain delays, and be close to all the ball fields. The apartment was clean and bright. Communication with the host was great. We were worried about parking the first night, but it didn't seem to be a problem throughout the weekend. The only downside, the coffee shop in town was closed for the weekend and the coffee mugs in the apartment were tiny; small price to pay for a great apartment. If we come back next year, I will definitely be looking this place up.

Amazing stay

We were in town for a wedding at the field of dreams and this property was amazing! Very clean and updated! High quality beds and linens and beautiful windows in the master that overlooked the downtown! So cute!

Beautiful Clean VRBO

We stayed at the VRBO during our trip to see the Field of Dreams. The apartment was close by, less than10 minutes to drive to the Field. It was gorgeous and the owner communicated with us promptly and professionally. The night we stayed we saw a parade and a fireworks display right from the room. Local restaurants were at walking distance away, as well. Would stay again!

Best Location for Field of Dreams Trip

We recently stayed here while our sons travel ball team played in the Field of Dreams tournament. The location can’t be beat! The apartment felt brand new and was clean, clean, clean! We loved that it had loads of natural light and space for us to feel comfortable. The communication with the owner was wonderful and she let us check in early. We enjoyed watching all the people on the street stop to take pictures in front of the mural on the outside of the building. It’s also within walking distance to several great restaurants and the If You Build It museum. Don’t hesitate to book, you will LOVE it!

Weekend stay great!

The apartment was large, beautiful, clean and in a great location! It worked great for our family as we were in town for a wedding. Walking distance to everything we needed - church, restaurants, and even a nice path (Heritage trail) for a brush with nature.

Fantastic place

Wonderful gem in Dyersville. Was traveling there for business and found this spacious apartment, which is in pristine condition. Wonderful host as well. Highly recommend this place!

Nice place, very comfortable, pictures are accurate, extremely clean. Located a block from a nice brewery. Restaurants & Coffee shop practically at your front door. Easy parking. Highly Recommend!

Came for a baseball game; left impressed

This apartment is one of the best rentals I have stayed in. It was large, plenty of room for 4 adults, with comfortable furniture and wonderful beds. It is located downtown, be sure to shop at the owner’s store below the apartment, the antique stores, the coffee shop, several restaurants and a brew pub within a block of the apartment. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.
