We had a fantastic time in this property! From the pool right across the street to walking to the beach - even parking at the beach…everything was close and clean! This was the vest stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we’ve had!! 100% would stay here again!

The check-in process was rated lower only because of a wild experience that happened when we arrive. There was an unforeseeable disaster with a plastic recycling facility, and the city turned the power off in the area. However, the host and emergency contact were wonderful in finding us a place to stay that evening and we were so grateful we didn’t have to track down a hotel for the night. Power was returned, and we were able to complete our stay in the original place that we booked. The bed was comfortable (at both places). We used the kitchen every day. One note - the ping pong table was in the clubhouse which wasn’t clear. And the porch chairs had been put away, possibly for the season. Overall it was a cute place with room for my parents or people with children to stay here. Good proximity (20 minute or so walk) to town and the beach.

Family vacation in South Haven

We had a great stay in South Haven. The house was clean, looked as pictured and communication was very clear in advance and while we were there. The location is great for the pool & beach. Easy bike ride into town. We would stay again!

Beautiful and clean, loved everything!

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family. It was well stocked, clean, super comfortable beds, very close to the community pool and a nice quiet street not far from downtown. Thanks so much, we will be back!

Well appointed home

We have everything we needed and we were able to walk into town , as it was only a little over a mile or so. We did see water leaking in the utility closet in the basement that reached the carpet, but we called and hopefully they get that repaired. Everything else went well and we had a nice stay. We would recommend: having salt / pepper spices (you have sea salt, but regular salt and no pepper) thanks!

Cozy, quiet, convenient location. Lovely modern home and great amenities.

Sleeping arrangements and comfort are important to me and cleanliness. Everyone enjoyed their beds but I don't care for the deep foam memory mattresses that turned out to be mine in the master br. (I still slept pretty well considering) a partially working grille was essentially minor considering we didn't use it daily. Host was very quick to respond to ALL our needs and was pleasantly surprised the main fam room had updated furniture from the VRBO ad. We all really enjoyed the heated pool since the weather was still on the warmer side. A great place for families or small group.

Nice Property

Overall we were very happy with property, the pool was very nice and the 10 min walk to beach and park was reasonable. Suggestions for property: hand rail on side steps, kuerig, salt/pepper, condiment packets, and coffee filters. One towel per person for a week is not acceptable, the coffee maker is so slow, the dishwasher is painful to get working, and most people use kuerig now, not sure why there is not one on property. Also, the amount of weeds around the landscaping needs to be addressed. I will say that with the issues we had, the property manager responded quickly to resolve.
