The Space:

This is the perfect couples or small family getaway. This Carriage House Apartment is upstairs over the garage behind a large beachfront house and it offers plenty of privacy. Go around the side of the main house and you find the sunset deck for your use to enjoy the amazing views, or relax in the lake breezes while you grill out.



What's better yet? The fact that this unit is located only a matter of steps away from private beach access to Lake Michigan. Enjoying the summer heat while you sip on a cool beverage has never been easier, and we're absolutely sure you'll fall in love with the sound of the waves crashing off in the distance.

*Water levels and beach conditions change on a regular basis. Some days there is not much beach and some days there is quite a bit of beach. You can enjoy the beautiful views from the sunset deck on the stairs. The main house deck is a private area*

We're available Monday - Friday (9a - 4p), dedicated to helping guests with any questions they may have while they're planning their summer excursion to our area, and helping current guests get the most out of their experience with tips and tricks to help them live like locals while they're staying with us.



For our incoming guests:



Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging. This will include all necessary information to access this luxurious home and make it your own, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We also provide an after hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text message to get a hold of one of our local area experts.
