For boaters Villa Jewel Box offers an excellent starting point. Endless journeys through the canal system; speed limits are therefore not necessary.

It is a 15min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Even completely inexperienced boaters will get their money's worth. The proximity to the open water makes boating very easy. Anyone driving the boat will receive a briefing on arrival.

The villa itself is located in an extremely quiet area. The Yacht Club area is characterized by the many new villas along the river and the lovingly designed gardens. Restaurants and shops can be reached with the in-house bicycles as well as on foot. The beach of Cape Coral is only a 2 minutes' walk away.

The pool area guarantees privacy & sunshine at the pool all day long and fantastic sunsets. Additionally, the pool can be heated in order not to miss out even on cold days.

In the kitchen, cooking experts get their money's worth. You don't have to do without anything in your holiday home. You can expect all the comforts of a normal kitchen here.

From the open living area, the kitchen and the dining room you have a view and access to the pool area. The villa has a large master bedroom with a large king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 full beds so 6 people can stay here easily.

The Vacation that Never Was

The property and entire area on Cape Coral was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian, days before the planned stay. . My heart goes out to the town. The property owner didn't even offer a courtesy refund after being asked several times, even knowing that the location was unlivable and uninhabitable, and that they'd get an insurance claim. They even tried to process my credit card for final deposit, and sent me instructions on how to get in. My sympathy goes a long way. But it ends with this type of property owner and behavior.

We absolutely LOVED this home. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Our family of four had so much fun. We loved the pool and had fun trying to fish in the canal. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and I love the beach towels that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

4th of July Getaway

The trip started off a little rocky. The original property listing was misleading. It gave the impression a boat was included w/ the rental. (This has since been updated). They then offer boat rental through their vendor but only allowed 7 day rentals but our stay was only 5 days. We rented from another company to accommodate us (which was allowed by the property mgr) & the property owner/manager wouldn’t unlock the boat lift when the boat was being dropped off. This wasn’t disclosed to us until we were on the road driving to the property. Very frustrating. The property was listed as non-smoking but the plant beds around the pool and patio were littered with cigarette butts & the house smelled of cigarettes masked by heavy cleaning products. Check-in & check-out was easy, the view from the backyard was beautiful & our sons enjoyed fishing from the dock.

Jewel box is a jewel!

Great experience. Owner and management were very helpful and quick to respond with any questions that I had while on our vacation. House and property were awesome. Loved having the boat. It was a must! Neighborhood was great to walk in daily. Highly recommend villa Jewel Box!

Amazing home!

This was definitely one of the nicest homes we've ever rented! The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking equipment anyone could possibly need! We cooked all of our meals at the house. It's comfortable, clean, & spacious. We also rented a boat and it was very convenient, right off the back patio! This is a definite value.

This property was everything we were looking for and more!

Stayed here for the first week of July and absolutely loved it. Very nice, clean house with a pool and a boat access, in a quiet neighborhood. No hassle check in and check out. Perfect size for a family of 4, but it can easily accommodate a larger family. Great location, walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants just minutes away. Very happy with our stay! No complaints!

Great family vacation

We had a great stay at this house! My boys spent most of the time on the lanai and in the pool. It was very private and plenty of room in the back. Our family of 4 had enough room but it would probably be too cramped in the pool if more than that stays here. It would also be a great idea to have a chaise or 2 in the back to lay out with your feet up 👍 The inside was very clean and well equipped for most of what we needed. When we got there, only one of the bathrooms had hand soap so we had to get some that day. Also, it was listed as a 2 bedroom, but there is definitely a 3rd bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very spacious. The only drawback in there was that I assumed their was a Keurig based on the pictures but there was not one onsite. We had to go out and get coffee for the coffee maker the next day. It looks just like the pictures and has maintained very well. They are starting to build a house next door so that might be some noise in the next few months. Within walking distance to a great restaurant and the yacht club. A great area to walk! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return again!
