This everything new apartment. Located in a quiet residential area in South Tampa Heights, minutes from downtown life and walking distance to Riverwalk. All New stainless steel appliances, High speed Wifi and 43” 4K Roku TV with Cable Channels and Netflix, Amazon Prime.

Full size kitchen with all basic utensils, Toaster, Keurig Coffee Machine and an Ice maker.

I was traveling to Tampa for business down town

Excellent, safe location just minutes from the Armiture works and river walk. Very pleasant little house with easy parking in front. I will definitely stay here again.
