Welcome to the Paradise Palms Townhomes! Plan your getaway to this brand new, spacious, beautifully furnished lakefront townhome on Grand Lake St. Mary’s in Celina, OH! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome boasts spectacular views of the lake AND pool and is perfect for a unique and relaxed getaway in what will feel like a tropical, Key West village right in the middle of rural small-town USA! Tucked away in a private oasis but still in close proximity to many shopping, dining, and entertainment options!

As you approach our “Key West” style townhome, you will be greeted with a welcoming covered front porch that guides you into an airy, fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space along with a dining area suitable for memorable meals and late-night card games! We even provided you with a variety of games that will keep you entertained even on those rainy afternoons!

The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the smart TV and sign in to your streaming account to catch up on your favorite show all while still enjoying the beautiful view of the lake outside of the window. Cable & internet is also provided. **The living room couch pulls out into a queen sleeper for extra sleeping room.**

As you continue through the townhome, you will find the master bedroom and spare bedroom upstairs – both are furnished with queen beds and their own private bathrooms. Enjoy a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets and coverlets. Enjoy a peaceful morning with a fresh cup of coffee on your private master bedroom balcony that overlooks the lake and pool. These views can’t be beat!

Guests are not only provided with all linens but also plenty of bath towels and separate pool towels. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room attached to the garage area.

Stop over at the community grilling area next to the pool to grill up your favorite meals for you and your friends and family. You can also dine or relax on the front porch while overlooking the lake and pool – just one of the many great perks of staying at Boardwalk Village is the VIEW!

Guests do not need to check in at an office or lobby. They will receive a personal door code that will activate at the time of check-in. Boardwalk Village guests will have access to both pools, grilling station, outdoor dining area, and green space. Free parking is also available for guests (parking pass(es) provided in each unit).

The easiest way to communicate is through the platform in which you booked through. Please use the messaging feature.

Celina (voted best hometown in Ohio!) is home to 10,000 residents and Ohio's largest inland lake, Grand Lake St. Mary’s. It’s a great location for boating, fishing, or taking part in one of Celina’s many summer festivals. You will be within minutes of several local restaurants and Celina’s downtown area, where the west edge of the lake contains a wide boardwalk, suitable for walking or bike riding while enjoying the lakeside view.

Guest parking is available at Boardwalk Village. Everything is within walking, biking or short driving distance. You can even rent a golf cart or bicycle from Helton Lodge Rentals to help get around town!

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 6. On the main floor, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed.

PARKING: This townhome comes with 1 parking pass that is provided inside the unit. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $100 to replace. There is also an attached one-car garage on the lower level of the penthouse that you can park in. No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.

POOL: We will provide 6 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool area. If wristbands are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $50/each to replace. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for paying guests only.
*Pool Season: Memorial Day – Labor Day (time frame may change depending on weather)*

PETS: This unit is NOT pet friendly. However, we do have select units that are pet friendly at Boardwalk Village – Pelican’s Perch, The Captain, 769 TH, 771 TH, Sandlot, and Glistening Gem.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.

BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more!

BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.

BOARDWALK GRILL EVENT SPACE: Boardwalk Grill has an ideal rental space to host a variety of events! Enjoy their private upstairs room for FREE with their regular menu if you have a party of 25 people or less. Charges are applied and the catering menu is required with parties over 25. Events include but are not limited to family reunions, bridal/baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, retirement parties, company gatherings, holiday parties, etc.!

UPPER DECK GOLF LOUNGE & BAR: Shipyard Sports and Events Center, just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village, offers a golf simulator lounge, with 4 awesome bays you can rent out. They also have food and a full service bar!

FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Rush Sports Complex. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you'll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.

BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on a route throughout Celina but it even offers group event rides if you call in advance. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!

DREAM DIPPERS: If you are looking for a sweet treat, head on over to Dream Dippers, located right next door at our Marketplace. Their hand-made waffle cones filled with their delicious ice cream is a must have! They offer milkshakes and coffee for you to enjoy as well. They will be open all summer long, Thursday-Sunday!

**The second phase of Boardwalk Village is currently under construction. Do take this into consideration when booking as the second pool area and the Marketplace will be under construction until Spring 2024**

*South Pool Update* We are working diligently and around the weather to get the pool completed as quickly as possible for our guests to enjoy. The current timeline of completion is looking to be Memorial Day weekend or into the beginning of June. However, the North pool will be open and ready to go by Memorial Day weekend (hopefully sooner, weather permitting) for all of our guests to use! We apologize for any inconvenience and will keep guests posted on any updates.

**YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK AT BOARDWALK VILLAGE. HOST MAY REQUEST A COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID THAT INCLUDES YOUR DATE OF BIRTH.**
This is a NO SMOKING & NO PET UNIT. Smoking is allowed outside only; please close doors and windows so the smoke does not come into the unit. A $250 minimum charge will be imposed for smoking or pets in the unit.

You’ll have neighbors so please, NO PARTIES.

Please refer to the signage for pool area rules and hours. Guests who enter the pool area must have a Boardwalk Village wristband. NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA - NO EXCEPTIONS!

QUIET HOURS begin at 11PM.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM. Please vacate the unit on time so our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare for our next guests. Please close all windows and lock all exterior doors. Late departures will be charged $75. Our housekeeping staff has carefully cleaned, stocked and inventoried this unit prior to your arrival. Please help us maintain the inventory by placing items back where they belong so we can keep our level of quality for all guests.

So Relaxing!
The property is so light and airy and roomy! Beautiful area and beautiful view of the lake! Loved the fully appointed kitchen. The unit had everything I needed. Even a garage and a clean, separate laundry room with iron and ironing board. I would recommend it highly to friends and family. And will stay there on future trips.
