There is no better mountain escape than this brand new luxurious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation home that is located across the street from the ski lifts of Keystone and a mile from the River Run Village and The River Course golf course. In under 30 minutes guests can enjoy multiple world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, golf courses, and everything Summit County has to offer. This spacious home offers two living areas, a fireplace, private hot tub, two balconies to soak up the sun or watch the sunset, two car garage, a washer/dryer set, heated hardwood flooring, a full size chef's kitchen and incredible high-end décor and modern finishes throughout.
This newly constructed 3-story home in Keystone sleeps 12 across two king beds, one queen bed, a full-over-full bunk with twin trundle and a twin daybed with additional twin trundle. It features two living areas, two balconies, full-size chef's kitchen, private two-car heated garage plus modern and luxurious finishes throughout. There is also a brand new private hot tub located on the balcony. Additionally, you are just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Frisco and all that Summit County has to offer.
As you enter the property either from the main entrance or via the heated garage, you will find yourself in the oversized mudroom offering hooks and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. There is also a stacked washer/dryer located in the closet just off this area. Past the closet you will find the lower level guest bathroom on your right, and the second living area on your left. Beyond the second living area is the lower level guest bedroom offering a full-over-full bunk bed and sitting area.
Head upstairs or take the private in-home elevator to the main level where you will find yourself in the beautiful, spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area offers a mounted smart TV, heated hardwood flooring, and a gas fireplace with ample seating. The main balcony is just past the living area and offers beautiful alpine views. The full-size luxury chef's kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and large refrigerator as well as a wine fridge and ample cabinet space. Hosting dinner would be a delight with seating for eight at the dining table as well as room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. Opposite the balcony, you will find the main level guest bathroom and the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet area.
Head up one more level to the top floor where you will find yourself in the loft area. This space offers a dedicated workspace and a twin daybed with additional twin trundle, and two additional bedrooms. The upper-level primary bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet area. The upper-level guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink vanity.
The property has a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 3 nights, you will be asked to extend your stay or cancel your reservation. Large events such as weddings and parties are prohibited.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!

This home is conveniently located only five blocks to the Mountain House base area where you can catch the Peru ski lift or 6 blocks to the River Run Village to catch the high speed lift or Keystone Gondola. You can also walk one block to Highway 6 and hop the free Keystone bus that will take you to either location as well as Lakeside village.
