ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
Strictly no smoking: non-compliant guest will be assessed a $750 cleaning fee.

Number of guests: maximum number of guests is 2 but may consider additional guests for an additional charge on a case by case basis. Please inquire for details before booking.

Long-term stays: Long-term rentals are welcome on a case by case basis, but you must inquire and receive approval before booking.

Visitors: Any visitors to the property other than registered guests in your party (including but not limited to, friends, relatives, and co-workers), must be approved in writing in advance and may be subject to an additional fee on a case by case basis. Failure to disclose visitors may result in the cancellation of your reservation and/or forfeiture of your security deposit.

Pre checkout tasks: Please run the dishwasher and do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink or elsewhere in the property. Please take out the trash to the dumpster in the parking lot. No need to remove bedding or wash towels, our cleaning crew will handle that.

Extra cleaning fee for excess mess: Please be considerate. Note that an additional fee of $150 will be assessed if you leave the property in an overly messy state, including dirty dishes or trash.
