Très belle et grande villa avec un grand jardin et vue sur les montagnes de la réserve naturelle d'Arrabida. La propriété fait face au sud, donc vous avez du soleil du matin au soir.

Magnifiquement situé près des vignobles d'Azeitao.
Le centre historique d'Azeitao avec ses nombreux magasins, cafés et restaurants locaux est à seulement 2 km. Les supermarchés Continente (1,1 km), Lidl et Continental sont facilement accessibles à environ 1,6 km.
Plusieurs plages fantastiques (avec et sans vagues) sont accessibles en seulement 15-20 minutes.
La réserve naturelle d'Arrabida est également très appropriée pour des excursions et des randonnées en VTT.
Un voyage à Lisbonne en voiture ou en voiture et en train est possible à tout moment en 35 à 40 minutes.

Great Property, spacious and clean

The property is well located with weary access to all the main connections whether by road, bus or train. The owner was very responsive, kind and fair in the booking process and during our stay. Will stay again at this property!

Beautiful villa in quiet residential neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa in Azeitão. The house had plenty of space and all the amenities we wanted for our group of 6. Everything (inside, outside, and pool area) was very clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out process was simple and efficient. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which was fine for us since we had a car. Grocery store was close by as well as some nice restaurants. Overall, we thought everything was perfect and would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area again.

Beautiful Villa

Very well equipped. We were particularly impressed with the amount of toys and stuff to entertain the children. Unfortunately the restaurants and bars were too far out to walk to with the children. We made the most of the outside kitchen and had a lovely relaxing stay!

Nice place, residential neighbourhood

Kai’s place is nice, well equipped, no AC or fans so worth noting this for peak summer visits. The heat was oppressive at times and doesn’t cool quickly in the evenings. Not much in the immediate vicinity for meals out or even a coffee. A car is necessary.

Excellent house

This house is perfect for family holidays in the area of Setubal. The house is located in a residential area, but with many supermarkets within a 3-5 min drive and short drive to the key places to visit in the area (Lisbon, Costa Caparica, Arrabida, Comporta…). The house is very well maintained, with furniture , textiles, kitchen supplies, etc in a good status and clean. The garden and pool are also spotless. As a plus, the house has many games / toys for small kids, which was great to keep them entertained. We will for sure recommend this house to any friend visiting the area, and we hope to come back ourselves :)

Endlich zusammen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus so genossen. Es war super sauber, sehr geräumig, mit vielen tollen Extras wie zum Beispiel Polospielzeug, Kühlbox, extra Kühlschrank, Außendusche, Bücher, Tischkicker usw. Die wöchentliche Reinigung war mega. Ein sehr guter Gastgeber mit vielen Extras und einer sehr guten Kommunikation. Vielen Dank! Silvia

Villa zum Relaxen

Das Mieten der Villa hatte reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gross, schöne Badezimmer und top ausgestattete Küche. Der Aussenbereich Pool und Garten war sehr gepflegt und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, man hat direkt einen grossen Supermarkt vor Ort, jedoch wäre ein Auto von Vorteil. Ansonsten vielen Dank für alles Kai :-)

Villa fenomenal

La casa de Khai es perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones en la Arrabida. Estaba todo perfecto a la llegada, y la casa tiene absolutamente de todo. Muy cerca de un supermercado y de Vila Nogueira d’Azeitao. Los niños y mayores disfrutamos un montón de la piscina y de los desayunos, comidas y cenas en el porche. Recomendable 100%!!!

Very nice stay at 25 mn from Lisbon

We had a very pleasant stay with our family of 6 in Kai's house in Azeitão. Very beautiful semi-detached villa, perfectly equipped, with very nice volumes, and a large swimming pool that the kids loved. Access is convenient and secure. We were able to discover the magnificent beaches in the surroundings: the Praia do Ribeiro do Cavalo in Sesimbra (take a Taxi Boat from the port), the beach of Figueirinha near Setubal that we discovered by the mountain road of the Arrabida massif, and especially the wild beach of Troia which we reached by the ferry in Setubal. The house is ideal to enjoy the region. I recommend.

Séjour parfait

La villa correspond parfaitement bien à la description et aux photos. Elle est en parfait état et particulièrement bien entretenue et propre. Sa configuration est optimale pour une famille avec des enfants. Elle est très bien située, à faible distance des sites intéressant (mention particulière pour le marché au poisson de Setubal). Le propriétaire est très accessible (par messagerie) et l'équipe très réactive. Je recommande fortement cette location!

We spend a whole week at the villa with friends and family. Everything was perfect. The villa was clean and provided all the accomodations needed even for kids. The location is near everything, beach, restaurants, shopping and much more. The communication with the owner was perfect. We will return for sure at the villa, spending time there was really a pleasure.

La comunicación con Kai hasta la llegada ha sido muy buena. Hemos estado muy cómodos en la casa y estaba todo perfecto. Sin duda un sitio para repetir.

Très jolie villa

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis. La villa offre de belles prestations telles que 2 chambres avec salle de bains, 3 autres chbres tout aussi confortables, une belle piscine bien entretenue et une cuisine extérieure permettant de déjeuner et dîner en terrasse. La villa est équipée d'une machine à laver et du nécessaire pour repasser, tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour.

Fantastic house in a great location

The house was great with many bedrooms and a lovely kitchen. The garden is lovely with a large pool. If you have a car, the location is great with proximity to fine nature, golf, beaches and much more. We recommend the house and the landlord warmly.

Amazing Villa highly recommend

Kai's villa is simply gorgeous. The location is 40mins by car from Lisbon airport, (take euros for tolls) which we did at 11pm. Google maps make the villa very easy to find and the instructions from Kai made it simple to enter. The villa was immaculately clean and very spacious. We are a family of 5 and didn't need to use two of the rooms. Internet speed is spot on and there is a TV with Netflix, if you need it. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. There was not one thing we wished it had as it was all there. On arrival we read through the welcome book that gave us clear instruction on how everything worked...and it all did. The bedrooms were large and clean with tons of storage. Bathrooms are beautifully done and modern. Jacuzzi in the main bedroom was a nice touch. The gardens were well groomed and had all you could need. The pool was well tended. The pool man came mid week to check levels, which I thought was great especially as we went in mid April. We didn't swim much as the weather wasn't always sunny. The BBQ area was really nice with an outside shower and toilet. The local supermarket is a 5 min drive and is stocked with all sorts of fresh produce and local wines. You can walk to the supermarket, which takes around 15 mins. Some of our highlights were Galapos beach (approx 20 mins drive). This beach was stunning with a couple of restaurants who serve fresh fish. I would suggest a visit. Setubal was a bit of a mixed one for us as there didn't seem much to do but we visited the local fish market, which was huge and interesting. Sesimbra was also not too far (25 mins) and had a gorgeous beach with a few shops and again, stunning views and food. We also visited Sintra on our way back to the airport. Again, worth a visit to see the tiny train that travels through. Kai was amazing throughout and was on hand to answer any questions and very kindly kept us up to date on places to go and the fuel strike that was happening. All in all great holiday, in a beautiful country, made amazing by this luxurious villa.

Excellent accommodation and brilliant service from owner Kai

We stayed at this wonderful villa for two weeks and had a lovely holiday. The kids (3,5,5,8 & 9) enjoyed the space in the garden and they loved the pool every day, several times a day. The location of the villa near Lisbon (30 minutes on the train) allowed us parents to take turns visiting Lisbon for the day. We also enjoyed the local winery and historical tours. The local town Azeitao was 3 km away and was the perfect place to visit as separate families or with our partners or entire group. Loads of lovely bars, cafes, antique shops and restaurants. Throughout our stay Kai the owner was incredibly diligent in responding to our email queries and requests - first class services. All in all this large villa has all the right equipment, loads of space and is in a great location for visiting the surrounding areas or just resting round the pool.
