On your left is the homes second bedroom. This room offers a King bed, Flatscreen TV, ample closet space and a Jack and Jill full bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. The third bedroom offering a Queen over Queen bunk, Flatscreen TV, ample closet space and Jack and Jill bathroom access shared with the second bedroom.
At the end of the hall is the open concept living area. The moden kitchen offers Samsung appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is open shelving and modern touches throughout. A Ninja brew station is provided.

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
