We had a very nice stay here. It is a beautiful home and was very well stocked. The location was great. It was across the street from a park and close enough to walk to the lake. Also very close drive to stores and restaurants.

Will stay again, clean, great location, awesome for pet owners

The property was very clean, well furnished, close to the lake. There is a kids play ground across the street and dog park. Also 5minutes drive to the Village and to the ski slopes.

Super Cute Place!

Very clean, nicely remodeled place in a great location just across the street from the park and dog park. Great if you have kids or a furry friend with you. Check-in/out was very easy. Would stay here again!

Lovely Stay

We had a great time at this property. Lots of space for 2 families (in total, 4 adults and 3 children). There was an issue with our key during check in. Someone from Destination Big Bear quickly came out to let us in. The home is near a park, which is great for young children.

Relaxing getaway

Great home, very comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. Enjoyed the bbq grill and the fireplace. Very convenient location close to the village and lake. The only small grips are not enough towels and no toiletries. Would definitely stay again.

Big bear in the heat!!!!

Very nice roomy spacious home. Kitchen well stocked with all needs. A large box fan or ceiling fan in the family room would be great. 90 degrees for 3 days. Needed to keep everything closed and dark to be able to handle it. Would definitely rent again. Perfect location if you have kids. Great park across the street

Great place for family and pets!

Osa Villa was amazing! The perfect fit for my family vacation which included my 6 year old nephew and my 2 dogs. Fully fenced in yard that my dogs loved running around in, and sunbathing on the deck. My nephew loved that the park was literally right across the street. We also took the brief walk to the dog park, and to the other nearby park that overlooks the lake. A quick drive to everything you need- The grocery stores, The Village, snow play, etc. The entire home was clean and beautifully decorated, and I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. To address the previous review- We had no problems with the heating of the house, and every room was toasty. Also the fireplace was awesome, and we used it every night. Since the property is located on the corner, the neighbor and their driveway is located behind the house. I did hear the neighbors car in the early morning hours, but 1. You can't fault someone for needing to warm up their car in the winter months to get to work and 2. It didn't last long and was legit a purring sound. Also note that only 1 of the 3 rooms was affected by it, so it really shouldn't be a problem. I definitely would NOT pass on booking this place based on that. The pros outweigh that minor flaw for sure, and I definitely will want to stay here again!

Lovely home

Extremely nice, clean home! It was a perfect place for me and my family! The kids love how we were right across from the park with a playground and pickleball courts! Close proximity to the lake and the village. Would definitely come back!

New renovation is good but heating faulty and noisy neighbours

They messaged me week of to say the fireplace is not operational but the heating works. in practise the heating ONLY heats the bedrooms and the rest of the house is a fridge which was hectic as u have to dress like a polar bear in the house and tropical in the bedrooms. On top of this the neighbours start their car at 5am to de ice it for hours vibrating the entire house. The actual house looks great and has great amenities but ensure you know what you are getting yourself into. look elsewhere...

This house was great

Impeccably clean. Nice layout. Spacious. The neighborhood was great for us in that very close by there was a larger park with playgrounds and pickle-ball courts, an off leash dog park, and McDonald’s. All just a few blocks walking distance. Loved our stay here!

Comfortable and good location, with a several annoyances

The house was fine, good beds and room for 4 adults and two littles. Playground across the street was great! The kitchen pots were very cheap, toilet paper had holes in it, and the garbage bags split open when carried half full. Also the check in and out information was overly complicated, with two different sets of rules and instructions. You can certainly make this clearer.

Beautiful home!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. Everything is brand new, clean, and very well decorated. Comfy beds and furniture, higher end appliances. The deck has a great view of the lake, and the neighborhood is very cute! Check in was a breeze, and the company is flexible and gave us a late checkout. We were able to bring our dog, the fenced in area out front was perfect. This home will be my first choice when we return to Big Bear. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous home, great location - noisy street

LOVED the house. Though the hallways were loud and echo-y. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The park across the street was fun to play at, but it is a noisy street and people start playing pickleball very early in the morning. Walking to the lake for sunset was fabulous. We really liked the house, but next year will look for a home on a side street to avoid the noise.
