Beautiful 4 bed 3 bath home located in the gated community Approximately 20 minutes to all Disney World Theme parks and main attractions. The home is designed with a luxurious Porcelain tile throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped for dining and entertaining.



OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
** No Parking inside the garage…

*POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional $30/night and has to be there for the entire stay. Please give us notice 48 hours prior to check in date.

*PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval.

*Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee.

*Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

*** No Smoking/No vaping inside the house… There will be a $500 fee assessed to any guest smoking inside the home.

*** There will be a late check out fee assessed to guest who does not vacate the home by check out time. The late fee is $100 per hour past the check out time of 10am.
