Wake up, coffee in hand, on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a southern view of the Grand Strand. Head to the sand with beach chairs and towels. Add some sunscreen and snacks for a perfect day. Head back for cocktails on the balcony and a front row seat to the best show in Myrtle Beach, the sunset! You’ll sleep peacefully on "soft & comfortable" bedding.
The condo is set in Kingston Plantation Resort. As our guest you have access to shaded walking trails and 3 quiet pools, as well as the best sand on the Grand Strand. For meals, cook for yourself – the stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops embellish a kitchen that is fully stocked – you're near Restaurant Row for a massive variety of dining choices. Order-in, or walk to the Embassy, Hilton, and Groupers on Apache pier. Don’t pack much; use the washer and dryer! Handicap friendly. Sorry - Motorcycles parked at entrance, No Trailers, No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets.

Family Vacation made easy!

The owner of this rental has made it so easy to just pack your clothes and go! You don’t have to bring your beach accessories, unless you just want to
 Honestly the best family vacation we’ve had! If I have a negative comment to add, it’s not the rental as much as the building
they really should add an ice machine and an extra pool or hot tub on site, or indoors even
too many guest and not enough room for what they had to offer on site! We did not get to visit the pools that are offered off site!

Relaxing Getaway

From the moment we arrived at Arthur’s place, we were ecstatic about the location! Then, when we entered the condo, we were in awe of the view! The condo was immaculate and it was equipped with everything we needed and more. We utilized some of their beach items, cooked multiple meals using some baking items and spices, we played some of the board games, read the books and found extra blankets we needed! We brought our books on the balcony to hear the sounds of the ocean in the background. We enjoyed walking to the beach, walking to coffee at the Starbucks in the Embassy next door and walking to the pool. The short drive (5 mins) to other coffee shops, restaurants and stores was helpful and we enjoyed visiting Barefoot Landing only 12 minutes away! What a gift from God to stay at this place! Enjoy your relaxing getaway at Arthur’s! He will take care of your every need, just ask!!

Amazing and memorable stay!

My husband, mother, 11-year-old son, and I stayed at this location for a week. The place is perfect. We were close to restaurants, beach access, and the pool. We were also close to activities and about 20 minutes from the Boardwalk. This was perfect for us because we were outside of the touristy parts of Myrtle Beach but also close enough to drive to it and enjoy it if we wanted. The resort area has restaurants, ice cream, and golf cart rentals. Communication with Arthur was terrific. He answered my questions beforehand so that we could plan our week. The view was everything. We enjoyed many hours on the balcony, listening to the waves, watching dolphins, and music at the Pier. Arthur and Valerie have everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool, including beach toys, chairs, and towels. The condo was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room and space. The bathroom in the master is excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable, including the pull-out couch that my son slept on. We did not want to leave. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

Unacceptable

The owner of this property lied about when he would be out the place and the place was completely disgusting had to get another place to stay. He left poop in the toilet for the maid to clean. The maid was upset and had a real job on her hands with the dirt and mess that was left for her. This was my honeymoon and it was a terrible experience. When trying to get my money back he is refusing to give my grandmother who lives off social security any of her money back even though he knows what mess he left behind and wouldn't even respectful enough to do right and talk to us. Very disappointed. I would not recommend anyone getting a place from this guy.

Wonderful Time at the Beach

My wife, son and I were all very impressed with this unit. Access was amazingly simple and Arthur was a wonderful host. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated with great views and easy access to the beach. Could not have asked for a more perfect stay. If your traveling to North Myrtle beach, look no further than this fantastic home..

Awesome property!

We loved our stay at this Condo. The view was great and the Condo was very spacious for our two couples. The owner was very responsive to our needs and the condo had beach gear in the closet and even extra beach towels available if we had needed them. Check in was a breeze with a cyber lock on the door and a personalized pass code so there was no need to go to an office and wait in line for a key! We would definitely rent this condo again if it is available when we need it!

Beautiful Beach View and Location

We much enjoyed our stay in the Brighton Building of the Kingston Plantation. Not only is it a very easy walk to the beach (even my mother who is mobility challenged was able to make it to the beach), but it is also very close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was also great with a beautiful balcony the overlooks the ocean and you can't beat the sunset view!

Myrtle Beach vacation

I just wanted to get away from the cold winter in the North in this met all of my expectations. Arthur was very prompt with any questions I had and was easy to make arrangements with. The condo was clean and right on the beach. The rest of the condo building was beautiful with a view from the condos deck of the pier and ocean. A condo also has a pool which was almost finished when I was there as it was getting a brand new liner. I have no doubts the pool area will be a beautiful entertainment area also. I found this condo to be close to many things . Entertainment, shopping, restaurants with the main attraction of a beautiful sand beach. If you are looking for a condo on the beach that has great access to many things I would highly recommend this stay. I have no complaints! Just beautiful!

Great place for a peaceful getaway

Perfect place for my respite, very well equipped and super comfortable. I absolutely loved sitting on the patio with my morning coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean and listen to the waves crashing. Even though I chose to spring break for my getaway, I was incredibly surprised how quiet it was. Bed was comfortable and that bathroom, wow! Plenty of space and was able to use the outfitted kitchen for my meals. Highly recommend and will be returning to this condominium.

Great spot for a relaxing getaway

We enjoyed staying in Arthur and Valerie’s condo. The unit is clean and well kept, and the view of the ocean and pier are especially lovely at sunset. The grounds around the building are extensive, and it’s possible to get a good walk in even without going out on the beach. The building itself is quiet and laid back, with plenty of older folks and retirees. Check in and check out were easy, and Arthur and Valerie had plenty of recommendations for the area.
