NEWLY REMODELED! This home is located in the desirable University of Montana district. It has an open concept living space that is modern, bright, and cozy. Bedrooms have all new mattresses and bedding. Bathrooms are modern and newly renovated. The fully equipped-kitchen is set for guest use. On-site laundry facility. Enjoy fast wi-fi and streaming on Roku and AppleTV. Located near the foothill hiking trail to the “M” and just a short walk to the University of Montana. This home is a licensed City of Missoula Tourist home that meets all city requirements for health, safety, fire, and building standards. Come enjoy Big Sky Country with us—worry-free!

Montana Retreat

This house was exactly what we wanted. Close to hiking trails, lots of space, stocked kitchen, very clean, clear instructions. It was a perfect Montana break for all of us!

Missoula Wedding

This was a great place to stay. Everything was close by, the house was clean and very comfortable. The only complaint was the squeaky floors on the second floor.

Sr weekend stay

This property was perfect for the amount of people we had. We filled every room. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well supplied, we love the proximity to the university and the softball field. This house is perfect for a large group of people.

Missoula

Great location with plenty of room to spread out. So much to do and see in Missoula and the surrounding area. The house was very clean and welcoming. Molly was a great host... bringing extra cooling for the hot temperatures and checking in after a storm that left us with no power for two days.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at the house. My friends and I came from out of town for a wedding and really enjoyed the space and the conveniently located neighborhood. Communication with Molly was excellent throughout!

Nice house, roomy, clean

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice have our own bedroom (6 in the group). Appliances were new and it was very clean when we arrived, no complaints.

Amazing stay

My family stayed in Missoula for a few days before traveling eastward. The home is very centrally located, near the university and is stocked with linens and a guide for dining and activities. The host responds promptly and the house was immaculate. Highly recommend this home if you are looking in this area! Would be great for a family coming for graduation or a football game.

Fly fishing lodging

Worked great for our group. Easy places to get waders on and out the door. Plenty of bathrooms for a group of 8 to fish out all day get home shower and eat out at all meals.

Great place for family!!!

Very clean and very comfortable. Very easy. Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. Feels like home. We celebrated a 61st anniversary, a 61st birthday and a wedding in one weekend. It was a perfect!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Missoula while we were attending our son's wedding! The accommodations were perfect for our large family. There was plenty of space to visit, get ready, and play games. The space was clean and welcoming! The location was 10 minutes from everything!

Lovely house and host, great location!

Recently stayed here with our hockey team - the location is perfect to get downtown (and to the rink)! We all had plenty of personal space with the many rooms/beds/bathrooms. We found the layout of the house to be perfect for a group. The large kitchen was great for cooking and hanging out, and also adjacent to the the living room and dining area. Molly was very friendly and responsive - great host and house!

Mark's Graduation

Family get-together and graduation celebration. Our host, Molly, answered all questions promptly and personally stopped in after arrival to make certain all was well. The house was perfect, and the celebration was a huge success, much of that due to the amenities being perfect and no issues with the property.

If you are looking for a modern, comfortable, and centrally-located house for your next trip to Missoula, you need look no further.
