Youâre just a short distance to a number of trails, waterfalls, the marinas, the sandy beach, lake access, and convenient shopping.
This cabin was a beautiful place and offered great entertainment with the game room and outdoor hangout area. There was plenty of room for everyone and if you read the story about how the cabin was started and how it was a local hangout spot, you would agree that it still serves the purpose the original owner built it for. To entertain and bring people together for quality time and fun.
Firstly, the pictures donât do the view justice. So peaceful and beautiful. My husband and I donât typically sleep well when we travel. We slept wonderfully here. The beds are comfy and the atmosphere is cozy. The updates in the bathrooms are very nice. The shower is awesome! As far as the location, it is great. Itâs very private; but, you arenât too far from restaurants and the grocery store. The house was appointed with all the necessities and extra. We appreciated the complimentary k-cups for coffee. You must read the history of the home that is written on a plaque downstairs. Itâs such a special story and leaves an even more comforting feeling of creating wonderful memories there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.
Terrific day and night views to gaze at for hours while relaxing in the fully stocked home. Excellent communication with owner and easy check in and check out process. Very clean and safe and not far from town. A+
Very clean house ! The ac needs updated not a place to stay during hot weather . When arrived it was over 80 inside . The upstairs bedrooms never cooled off . The last night people upstairs slept on sofa downstairs.
We are the McGarrys. We are a family of 5, with 3 children ranging in age from baby to 8 years old. We live in Memphis, TN, but we love to escape the city to the beauty of Heber Springs, Arkansas.
Our prayer is that while you are here you have the opportunity to relax, enjoy nature, and be in awe of the beauty of Godâs creation.
Enjoy your stay, and if there is anything we can do to help you have a more restful time, please let us know.
This charming cabin features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
On the main level is a master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom (and plenty of room for the pac-n-play), the living area, kitchen and access to the wrap-around deck.
The upper level has two split bedrooms, one with 4 twin beds and the other with a queen and an en-suite half bath.
The lower level includes another master with 2 queen beds and ensuite bathroom, a living area with games and television, a small bar with sink, pool table and laundry room as well as access to another large deck and covered picnic table.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs, but it does not have a dishwasher, so you will need to keep up with your dishes the old fashioned way :) It does have a K-Cup coffee maker, complimentary k-cups for your use and a regular carafe coffee maker.
You're just ten minutes away from Greers Ferry Lake. There are also tons of trails nearby, some with waterfalls, and of course there's always Sugar Loaf Mountain for a good hiking and rock climbing experience!
Whether you're enjoying the water and beach in the summer, or doing some fishing in the fall/winter, this house is the perfect place to relax.
The Little Red River is great to kayak, canoe, and/or trout fish, along with the infamous Greers Ferry Lake!
Canoes/kayaks can be rented from Sulfur Creek Outfitters in town, and they even have a shuttle bus to take you to and from your choice of water :) There's plenty of local fishing guides too if you're interested.
