The Space:
Welcome to our cozy and centrally-located 1 bedroom suite, an ideal space for solo travelers, professionals, and anyone seeking a wonderful Austin getaway.

The suite is a converted garage that has everything you need. The bedroom has a KING size bed and TV, and the living room has a 58" flat screen TV, futon sofa for extra guests, and a desk. The kitchen features a full size fridge, sink, and range, and there is also an in-unit stackable washer dryer. There is also a shared patio space in front of the house, perfect for meals outdoors. Please note that this unit is not ADA accessible, as there is a step up into the bathroom and additionally a step up into the standing shower (no shower grab bar).

Please note that this is a non-smoking, pet-free home, allowing everyone to enjoy a fresh and allergy-free environment. This is a triplex, but rest assured that your apartment is entirely private. Other guests may be staying in the units next door.

Guest Access:
Please park and brake on the sloped gravel driveway to the right hand side when you arrive.

Many cafes and restaurants in downtown Austin are within 10 minute drive.

No need to worry about keys, as you'll receive a unique code to access the smart lock.

Austin is known as the Live Music Capital of the World®. Austin is also home to a wonderful ballet, world-class museums, one-of-a-kind shopping and beautiful outdoor spaces. With so many things to do in Austin, you can just as easily spend your morning paddling the townlake as you can strolling through a celebrated history museum.

Explore Austin's diverse entertainment districts, where you'll find everything from trendy shops and restaurants to cool live music venues, renowned museums and galleries and scenic outdoor destinations.

Despite being the fastest-growing large city in the US, attracting 150 new residents and countless new businesses daily, this quirky city retains its “Keep Austin Weird” motto – a slogan adopted to represent the city’s ongoing support for local artists and businesses however unique, along with the famous SXSW Festival.

Getting Around:
Austin's attractions cater to all ages. It is a year-round outdoor enthusiast’s playground, offering everything from scenic trails to crystal-clear lakes. Whether you’re a hiker, biker or boater, you’re sure to find your bliss in Austin. And with 300+ days of sunshine and an average temperature of 68 degrees, being active in Austin comes naturally.

With an abundance of green space, active travelers can bike in Zilker Metropolitan Park and swim in Barton Springs Pool before an evening of bat-watching at the Congress Avenue Bridge. If you find yourself waking up to a rainy day, stay dry in one of Austin's top-notch museums like the Bullock Texas State History Museum or the Blanton Museum of Art. Just make sure you save some energy for an evening of live music at a bar or club on Sixth Street.

Best of all, you are so close to all those attractions when staying at this home away from home. Just enjoy a short local drive to all those wonderful places, without hitting the crazy Austin freeway traffic, particularly in rush hours.
