Gorgeous 2 bed, 2 full bath top floor end unit with stunning lake views. Recent updates offer a fresh modern kitchen and living spaces. Well equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and oversized sink, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher. The deck features a table and seating to enjoy a meal on the deck, your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. Due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. The owners are looking into another option but at this time this condo does not have a grill on the deck. Floor to ceiling master bedroom windows for lake viewing with king bed and private deck access. Ample entertainment with smart TVs in living and bedrooms. Second bed offers a bunk bed with a full-sized and twin-sized beds. Cable and private wifi is included. Full size washer and dryer in unit. One assigned parking spot at stairs entrance for convenience. Very close to all amenities, 3 pools and tennis in complex with one pool just steps away at end of building. Complex is located close to Osage Beach Pkwy for convenient access, grocery, shopping and restaurants. Upon Approval: Dog friendly with additional fee and deposit. AS OF 7/21/23: We understand that everyone enjoys swimming in the lake from the docks but at this time due to safety concerns this will not be allowed on any Dock. Clean Beautiful Pools are available for your swimming.

Owner says this condo is pet friendly with some restrictions. Please provide breed and age of pet on inquiries for approval on bringing a pet. We do ask no pets on furniture or beds and kennel if alone in the condo. $125 pet fee will apply. Thank you

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

Great place with a better view.

I had the main bedroom and the view was great from the bed. Close to downtown and all the event we were there to see. Will have to use this place again next year....

Osage Beach Condo

Excellent location with a magnificent view. Our family of 5 were thankful to have this home away from home for our week in LOTO. We especially enjoyed the pool behind our condo on the lake and amazing sunsets from the deck. We cooked several meals there & found the kitchen to be well equipped. We loved that we were in a no wake cove but wished it was a bit easier to access for swimming or paddling around on a paddle board or kayak. The location was very convenient by lake or car to many activities, restaurants & shopping which was great! Overall, great stay & family time! Donna was easy to work with & we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again for our next visit! :)

Pleasant stay at the Lake of the Ozarks - Indian Point

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Point condos in the Lake of the Ozarks. Although the complex is older, our unit was up-to-date and primarily clean. There was some 'old dirt', the less observed corners and edges, but not enough to feel dirty overall. We did contact the property manager regarding a non-working lock on the patio door, and she responded promptly on a Friday afternoon. We found the outlets behind the primary bedroom bed to be loose and not functioning, but there were others we could access from the bed with long cords. We did report this to the property manager. This was our first experience with VRBO and we are pleased with the results.

LOVED every minute and every inch of this fabulous place!

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay….. wish we could have stayed longer. The decor was adorable. Clean and relaxing! Would love to be able to return in near future! Literally , only complaint was trash bags!

Perfect condo for our family!

The condo was EXACTLY as described, which is always a relief. We had zero issues and everything went very smoothly. We had a very relaxing stay, the pool was nice, and there’s lots to do nearby (we enjoyed helicopter rides, Haha Tonka state park, horseback riding, the movie theater, and dining out). My husband was able to grill one night on the balcony overlooking the lake. And a HUGE plus is we were able to bring our fur baby, as it’s pet friendly. And last, Donna was very prompt with getting back to me to book the condo and any questions following. The resident neighbors were nice and welcoming. So really, zero complaints!

OK, but a few small issues...

Condo was in good condition overall. However, on check-in, there were several small bits of what were clearly Pringles chips on the rug at the foot of the king bed, and the king sink mirror had dust and crud along the bottom. Otherwise OK. For those, um, larger folks, be aware that the master toilet/shower room is tiny with very little room to maneuver. And the slick tub bottom is a fall (and a lawsuit?) waiting to happen. You might want to consider using the second bathroom as it is somewhat larger. King bed was comfortable for us. Good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of assorted dishes, plates, pots, utensils, etc., although we used none of them. While there were plenty of paper towels, TP, and other linens, we were left wondering why no facial tissues. The deck was nice, especially for morning coffee, but facing west in the later afternoon/evening made it unusable because of the sun glare off the lake. Still nice to have, though. As for the management company, we were given multiple sheets of paper with a lot of repetitive rules and regulations and some simply out of date or incomplete. One example was the instructions for operating the keyless door lock. I stood in the rain for 10 minutes following the instructions to the letter and could not get the door to unlock. I finally accidently pushed the pad after entering the combination for the umpteenth time and it magically unlocked!! Update please!

Great experience for last minute trip

Really pleased with this experience. We decided to take a last minute trip and wanted to be close to the water without paying an arm and a leg. This provided the proximity to attractions we were looking for while also being a nice place when we wanted to relax with several amenities. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Wonderful Condo!

Condo is beautiful and updated. Views of the lake are gorgeous! Location in Osage Beach is prime. Cannot say enough good things about our relaxing mini-vacation. Donna is wonderful to work with!

I had a fabulous stay. It was beautiful inside. I did think the condo was directly on the water, which it wasn’t. Next time I’ll check first and m happy to pay more. Donna was a gem!!

Osage Beach Vacation

Great location and view of the lake. The condo 's layout maximized space and all the furniture was very clean and comfortable. All associated swimming pools were very clean and well located. Plenty of nearby restaurants, stores and state parks for hiking. The host was very responsive to texts.

my rest

I went to Indian Pointe to have some rest and enjoy the quiet time. I met some wonderful neighbors and enjoyed the facilities. The condo was more than I expected and was beautiful with an awesome view. Donna was more than helpful and a joy to work with. Defiantly returning next year!

Excellent Get-a-way

The condo was exactly as the pictures and description showed. The place was beautiful! We had plenty of kitchen utensils to use throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable. The deck had a fabulous view that we got to enjoy each evening and morning. The pool was nice, though we found out it actually isn't open until 11 pm as the information provided stated. The security guy was very polite when he told us. I would stay here again for sure. It was the perfect get-a-way for us.

The view is amazing!

The condo is exactly as it shows in the pics. It was very clean. The windows in the main bedroom are floor to ceiling and yield beautiful views. I was on the balcony as much as possible just looking at the lake. Very peaceful! I loved the tree (that someone else said blocked some view) because I got to enjoy watching hummingbirds and hear all the other birds in the tree! Donna was easy to reach when I couldn't figure out how to open the front door lock.

Great view. Convenient location.

Overall, nice property. Enjoyed the main channel views from the patio. Blankets, bedding and bathroom mats were dirty. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer in unit so we washed ourselves.

Wonderful Lake Getaway

This house was amazing! Everything was wonderful and we loved this location. We had friends and family staying at Indian Point as well and this condo was by far the best out of all of them. It’s so nice and updated! The host was very helpful when we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Condo 831 Indian Pointe has many extras and Condo 633 Indian Pointe is available for renting which will provide for larger groups or families vacationing together!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Indian Pointe is a well maintained property that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive.
