The house comes with fully equipped kitchen, super-fast Wi-Fi, king and queen beds, crib, and lots of outdoor space for you and your family to unwind and reconnect. A large, fenced yard and covered back porch invite you to throw balls, have a picnic or just relax with a good book. Restaurants, parks, swimming pools, shopping and coffee shops are all within 5 minutes from our home.

This amazing house is a raised ranch with a flat entrance. The ground floor has a large bedroom, and a half bathroom. The main/second floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, a large living room and access to the back porch and fenced yard. Guests will walk up a flight of stairs to be in the main living area of the house. The entire home has furniture and electric outlet covers for infants and toddlers. A baby gate is installed at the top of the stairs. The house’s oversized driveway could have up to 4 cars.

SECOND FLOOR: LIVING AREA
Living room: As you enter the foyer, you will immediately walk up a flight of stairs to enter the main floor and living area. Immediately, you will be greeted by the stunning living room, with elegant furnishings, bright natural lights, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. Unwind on the beautiful and spacious balcony that look out to the cul de sac. Watch local news or stream your favorite shows from a smart 75” TV. The living room is filled with plenty of arts, and books for you to enjoy.

Dining room: The dining room is designed to give a sense of space and homeliness to enjoy family meals and share laughter. The long white elegant oval table seats eight comfortably. Large, picturesque window provides plenty of natural light. The sliding glass door leads you to a wonderful backyard filled with birds, rabbits, and even more gathering space!

Kitchen: The brand-new kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for cooking and baking! Newly updated with granite counters, oak cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Keurig coffee machine and a French press. There is also a spice collection, assorted condiments and olive oil provided to make any delicious meal you'd like. The kitchen is stocked with knives, bowls, plates, spoons, forks, pots, pans, and a rice cooker. Fix yourself a drink at the beverage bar and enjoy some sweets!

Main bathroom: This first bathroom is in the hallway and is stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a hair dryer, and other necessities. The shower includes a full-size bathtub, fast flowing water pressure and hand-held shower head making it easy to wash your little ones. Hand towels, and premium makeup towels are provided for your convenience.

SECOND FLOOR: SLEEPING AREA
Master’s bedroom: Spacious and stylish! Let yourself drop into a king size bed featuring a 10” memory foam mattress with luxury sheets and duvet. The closet has plenty of space, hangers, iron, and ironing board. A full-size dresser, extra pillows, luxury bath towels and washcloths complete the sense of home, luxe, and comfort. Two large windows provide the view of our peaceful neighborhood. A spare queen duvet is stashed in the closet for family members who wish to have an extra layer at night.

Second bathroom: This updated bathroom is inside the master’s bedroom. It features walk-in shower, premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The vanity includes mirror, sink, hand towels, and liquid hand soap.

Second bedroom: Relax into the night in the queen sized top-of-the-line 12” memory foam mattress and a luxurious duvet. A full-size crib for infant and toddler with premium mattress. A large dresser stashed with spare pillows, luxury bath towels, and washcloths. There is also a large closet with plenty of hangers, baby blanket, pillow, and a bathtub for your little one. Two large windows fill the room with light and cheerfulness!

Third bedroom: Elegant and cozy. The wall art relaxes you as you step inside the room. the queen bed is fitted with 12” memory foam mattress, high-end duvet, cotton sheets, a dresser, charging station, as well as plush bath towels and washcloths. There is also a closet and white standing dresser stashed with spare pillows.

FIRST FLOOR
Fourth Bedroom: This freshly renovated and oversized bedroom is in the first floor of the house by the foyer. A large window looks out to our cul de sac and front yard filled with flowers and birds in the spring and summer. White dresser with spare pillows. The room also includes an office area is quiet and separated from other living space allowing you to focus on the immediate tasks at hand. A large desk, ergonomic chair, white bookshelves stashed with a collection of children books, novels, and non-fiction completes this amazing bedroom.

Half bathroom: Conveniently located right next to the fourth bedroom. This bathroom is newly remodeled with modern light fixture and vanity. It also includes mirror, sink, hand towels, and liquid hand soap.

Laundry room: The full-size washer and dryer is included in this room. Laundry detergents and other laundry supplies are provided free of charge. Baby highchair, and a Graco Pack N' Play Portable Playpen are also stored here.


PATIO AND YARD
Our family always spends as much time in the back porch as possible! Hangout and get some fresh air on this cozy and fun porch. The covered porch features 8-person seating arrangement with couches and coffee tables that welcome you and your family to chill out and enjoy the warm weather in the spring and summertime! A KitchenAid grill with propane gas stands in the corner of the yard by the porch. The back yard is fenced in and provide the perfect amount of space for your little ones to freely roam and kick some balls.

We provide our valued guests with seamless lodging experiences and top-notch amenities. We work hard to make you feel welcomed, and hope that it is a home away from home for you and your family.

GUEST POLICIES
PETS: is not allowed in our property, not because we do not love animals but because we want to respect all future guests who may have pet allergies.

PARTIES: We love our home and see you as an extension of us while here. As such, we have a no-tolerance policy for parties, smoking, illegal drug use, and consuming alcoholic beverages under 21 years of age on the property.

VISITORS: Any person(s) visiting during the day and not included on the reservation must be pre-approved by the host. We certainly understand you may have visiting guests during the daytime, but we require notification who will be in the house.

EXTRA GUEST(S): All individuals staying at the house overnight must be accounted for in the reservation. Please update your reservation or contact the host if you would like to add additional guest.

SMOKING: is not allowed on the premise. That is, absolutely no smoking indoor or outdoor. A minimum $1,000 fee will be assessed if smoking (tobacco or otherwise) is reported in the house.

SECURITIES: There are securities cameras surrounding the house. The cameras also record sound.

SHOES: Please no shoes in the house.
